These lofts are by far the coolest and nicest lofts downtown. Located in such a fun entertainment district. The property manager is very kind and you can tell he wants you to be happy! The maintenance team is wonderful as well, always very quick to recognize and solve your requests and ensure you happiness. You’ll love the snazzy-ness of this place!

Theatre Lofts is the definition of luxury & upscale. Of all the apartments I've ever lived in, this is by far the most beautiful. The property managers here, Star and Dalton, are also great. Any time I need anything they are quick to respond and the maintenance crew here is also phenomenal. No complaints at all!! Truly an amazing complex to call home.

Theater Lofts is an amazing place to lease! We've been in the units for the last couple of months and have had a great experience. We worked with Star and Dalton during our apartment search. Both of them were extremely responsive and thorough in communicating what Theater Lofts had to offer. During our move in, Star did an amazing job making sure we had everything we need.
