The person I sat next too on my flight from Mexico City to Florida was nice and I was able to have good travel chats.
The downside is… I paid $190 US Dollars for a seat upgrade that was charged on my credit card (I disputed that charge) and was not given the updated boarding pass. The gate agents were rude and unprofessional. I totally see why major travel groups and agencies have this as a 3 star carrier. I would never take flight with them again. I urge you to find other travel arrangements.

Aeromexico doesn’t appear to maintain or service their planes. Lifted off, turned around and landed with six (6) fire trucks following us due to mechanical issues and smoke. Make sure your Estate Plan is complete before boarding.
Lots of misrepresentation and confusion when trying to get another flight. Departure time has changed three times. Aeromexico employees are rude, childish and poorly trained. Greatful our return flight is with Delta.

Please stay away!!! This company does not value customer service and their fleet of planes are in need of maintenance. One plane brakes barely slowed the plane which caused us to turn extremely hard. The connecting flight landed so hard the entire plane was screaming. Customer service do not speak English and when asked to speak with a manager they deny you access. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this airline. I’m also filing a complaint with BBB and anyone else that would listen. Please stay away from this airline!!!

I would give a zero rate review if it was possible to this airline. Their customer service is the worst I've had, not even cheap airlines like spirit can compare to their horrendous customer service. This is the worst airline ever do not purchase any flight or pay insurance. I purchase a ticket for my husband ,the aeroMexico airlines employees were racist i submitted a case for my refund for months they never email back the only way is through customer support by emailing, i called everyday they were rude and i paid insurance and they mistreated my husband by being racist they still haven't refund me my money my case number is 02663649. I am a US citizen and I will never travel with Aeromexico because they are racist and have no customer service.

I had the worse experience in Villahermosa where they would not let me boar my domestic flight, they said I arrived late while people while still checking in their baggage while I was in line. Customer service in Villahermosa was THE WORSE!!!! They did not want to help at all very demeaning and entitled and even made a note that I arrived late so I could not get my money back. I will avoid this airline at all cost, I had 2 children crying with autism panicked that we couldn’t leave. I’m a tourist without a place to go and they just did not want to help I had to spend extra 2,000+ to leave town. I’m pretty sure they were over sold because we were still on time to board and I reserved my flight 5 days ahead.

Worst experience I had a flight booked and paid for I showed up to find out the plane was over booked and there wasn’t enough for my family of 3. We had to stay in Durango airport 9 hours sitting in chairs with our son. Then had to stay over night in Mexico City. We were gave vouchers that didn’t even work No one would except them except the hotel on Mexico City. There was no taxi for the one voulcher we got we had to leave the airport to get to the hotel on our own scared at 11pm with our baby! It’ was so wrong for Aeromexico to over book a flight. We bought our tickets months ago. We paid for
