They are very thorough and professional with the paperwork required when shipping animals they are just following procedures so the animals arrive in good condition. My only wish is the airlines would provide climate control on the planes for animals. The staff is a solid crew typically very helpful.

Ripped us off on our luggage price. They were suppose to work with Alaska Airlines and they did not.
