Crowded place but my favorite in list...Happy one !

Good place

In terms of train connection, good. The place constantly has security walking around, which is also very good. The staff in the DB Info point are polite and helpful, and the colleagues in the ticket shop (Reisezentrum) are a mixture of polite/helpful to could not be bothered (depends on luck). There is a decent selection of shops around the station offering both fast food as well as organic groceries. The lifts to the platforms work most of the time, although not always smelling very fresh. The public who walk around, hang around, loiter are very questionable but the presence of security and police make all the difference.

However.... DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BIKE LOCKED THERE!!! mine was stolen in broad daylight withing 1 hour, with no apparent witnesses or video surveillance (strange for a station), for this reason only 3 stars!
