Very kind and friendly staff , Fast service, Fresh food! the food quality is not the best but good enough for the price you pay

Ive had their food at other locations and was happy with the quality but recently tried the koobide at this location and it was one of the worst kabobs I’ve had. The meat was sticky and smelly. Had a few bites and had to throw it out!

The worst Persian food I’ve ever had in my life. I ordered vegetable stew with rice, but the stew smelled disgusting, like it had been sitting around for a long time!! The rice was also stuck together.
My partner got chicken with rice, but the rice was all mushy and orange from the chicken broth, it was terrible. Not recommended at all!

The worst Persian Kebab ever I ate. Meat was so sticky and tough. Rice was not cooked properly. Very unpleasant experience. Please don't screw-up the recipe with this poor food quality.

If I could give zero stars for service, I definitely would. I ordered their beef and lamb plate and was given only beef. The worse part was not the food but the service.

Firstly, my order took astonishingly long to be ready. I waited 10 minutes and decided to buy a drink elsewhere, hoping it’ll be ready by the time I’m back. Turns out it’s not ready when I come back in 15. Secondly, their service is horrible. The guy working there literally threw the plate of food on my tray and did not give me anything else - no apology for the long wait, nothing. Rude attitude. Definitely not coming back. If you want mediocre food with Karen service, this is the place to be.

I find the Lougheed Town Centre makes better Persian food than their Davie location. The food is fresh, healthy and favourable. I highly recommend this location.

The lamb was a delicious protein! Very well done with herbs and seasoned! They personalized the dish with combination of green and yellow rice! The rice was perfectly cooked “al Dente”! It was worthy! Thank you!
