Flamingo Polo Club Condominiums

I wasn't going to review this place but I feel like warning others against this place is needed. First of all when I moved in, there were squatters clearly living there. I knew this also because I received an electric bill for almost $200! I informed the main office and was told "you signed the lease". The office was very well aware I was moving from another state and wasn't there for this usage and they didn't care. I provided the police reports well as pictures showing points of entry including items left and the office still didn't care. Over the months the upstairs neighbors were louder than "apartment living" and they were also reported, again the office did nothing. I had to report things that needed to be repaired multiple times in order for assistance and then was advised I had to pay for a repair for something that was broken prior to my arrival. The office staff was not only rude, but condescending and short. They used fake names when finally reaching out and barely responded sending snarky emails and barely addressing the issue at hand. Rent was paid every month on time with NO PROBLEM and then a group of people received "NO CAUSE" 30 DAY NOTICES TO MOVE. I was looking for a place anyway due to the conditions, but to receive a notice was ridiculous. I called the office and true to form, no one ever returned my call. Bottom line, don't do it. Poor communication, office staff is rude and doesn't care about the tenants.

Reaching them for my sister/ email never returned and never respond to voicemail.

This place is terrible managements is not professional and rude i’ve been renting over there for two years no late payment still give me a letter of thirty-day “NO CAUSE” notice to quit. I don’t understand why. I call the Managements and ask why he told me need to renovate my unit. I said can you move me to other units he said no. Then he said he has another call he hang up the phone. Please spread this message Never rent thus place.

This place is a joke. If you like to have working AC in the summer stay far away. Now I’m paying 1060$ a month for an apartment that still has appliances from the 80s/90s…. Clearly owned by scam artists.

This place now terrible. I live here over 10 years never get threats and used to be nice staffs but after they changed the people at the office . Those new people like Susan but she got fired she deserved it and now a new f/b so aggressive. I think she doesn't know nothing. We need the people like her in Iraq not in America

This place has POOR customer service. Every time I place a maintenance order for my apartment it takes them about 3 weeks for them to actually do something about it ! All the girls have a BIG TIME ATTITUDE. It's not my fault you picked the wrong carrier ! Oh yea the sign outside says there open until 6, but they lock the doors around 4 - 4:30 so they don't have to deal with customers.
