The service tech came out to the house right away. I explained what was going on. He took it from there follow through and made sure everything got taken care of. He resolved it very quickly. I appreciate the professionalism..

I just moved in about a week ago. Valley View is like a resort!
Excellent grounds and the architecture is beautifully done. The Office staff is wonderful, informative, supportive and caring.

Quiet, fairly secure apartments. The office, maintenance and grounds staff are friendly and professional. The apartments are small but very efficient and modern. The amenities are nice and activities are varied, quite a bit to choose from. It's not an upscale property but it is good for the price range. I have been here over three years and I would recommend it for seniors.

My door locking mechanism was "sticky" and hard to lock or unlock. I requested service to lubricate it. The service guy was very nice and willing to replace the lock, which was unnecessary. I asked him to spray some WD-40 on it, which he did. Not it works perfectly. Do I get a discount on my rent for saving the company money? Doubt it.

The New agent Michael that helped finish the process of my moving in my new apartment was wonderful.
Kudos to him!!.🙂 He helped me with the walk thru inspection.
Wasn't the apt shown at first viewing of the model. Floors and carpet were not clean. Don't get me wrong, the apartment is very nice, just not what I asked for. LaShawn was very professional, likable, and helpful. The instructions for Michael could have been handled better, but over all I believe I'll really enjoy it here.

I put maintenance request at 130p Monday and two gentlemen knocked on my door about 215pm. They fixed my doorbell, sink faucet, and changed ceiling fan bulbs with 15-20 minutes! Very impressed and happy with repairs! Thank you!!!!

i generally like this community, where i have lived for six years. i love the location and my unit. the maintenance staff is responsive and helpful. one criticism of living here is reflective of a first-world problem: the clubhouse coffee machine (often out of service) and coffee area, which were important factors in my deciding to live here, keep deteriorating, while rents are increasing by leaps and bounds. the coffee area used to be (years ago!) clean and supplied with splenda, creamer, sugar,, paper towels, cups, etc. there are rarely any supplies at all, and when there are a few packets of artificial sweetener available, they are packets of sweet 'n' low, a far less healthy and far less expensive option. unfortunately, there may be people who take more supplies than would be considered reasonable, but this cost should be baked into the cost of running this community. i used to enjoy showing guests the clubhouse; now, i am embarrassed by it. the coffee area is often unclean. i have commented about the disappointing coffee area for years on surveys---no-one in management seems to care. again, this is a first-world problem, but i am paying first-world rent prices, so i was hoping for more of a "pride of ownership" look and feel to the clubhouse. having said that, this is my home, and i am glad for it.
