Was looking for a good quality salad serving set. Still searching..

Disappointed in the service received. Called Mr Price Home (George) two days prior asking them about keeping out a product for me after they confirmed that they have 2 of it in stock. I confirmed the day I will be coming, which was a day after I called them. Arrived and nothing was done, they then had to place an online order, which took about 40mins cause of an online system glitch. Thereafter proceeded to payment and my payment did not reflect on their system but had gone off on my banking app, which I showed them. They then asked that I draw the cash, whereby I declined cause I had not received a reversal from my bank and don't want to pay cash and then not have the amount reversed into my account. I ended up leaving the shop after an hour and 15 mins of struggling and cancelling the order that they ended up placing.

For about 20minutes no staff to be found in have the store.(kitchen,furniture,bathroom sections) Everybody is consintrated at the cashiers. Its impossible that there can be a manager on site while this is happening. There is no visible camera system to be seen. Could that be responsible for the lack of personnel on the ground. This contradict previous reviews so maybe there needs to be a wake up call on management level. Having second thoughts on buying there. There is competition.

The shop is also in complete chaos with empty boxes standing all over. I really did not enjoy my shopping experience today.

Great service! If you have a problem just ask for help, everyone working there is friendly and helpful. They have some great sales now and then, so pop in and check it out. It is certainly one of my favourite stores. I even brought a couch there, very decently priced and great quality! Once again the service was excellent!

I love Mr Price Home. They always have such interesting merchandise. Always something new on the shelves. I have found lately that there furniture has become expensive. Especially the furniture sourced locally from south African manufacturers. There bed linen is generally beautiful especially the percale cottons and 100 percent cotton. I always have a great shopping experience at there stores.
