Went there to get a certificate for my spouse. Even though we had an appointment it still for couple of hours to get our turn but in all fairness the staff was really good and friendly. After getting our turn everything was done in 10 mins
Spent hours waiting just to sign up Medicare for the first time. Then they told me they do not take care Medicare!
A few times tried to came in just update personal info- impossible, huge line outside, they didin’t even let people come in! I chose different ssn office.
They ask to call and yet no one picks up the call like EVER, walk in is now allowed yet its super mismanaged and has atleast one hour queue in this sun
Waiting outside in the hot sun no system for communication. Disgraceful.
I'm convinced no body is working here. 4 days of trying to get through via phone, sitting on hold for up to 45 minutes only to have a recorded message say no one is available to take my call try back at a different time. I'll say it again...4 days of this and still have not gotten through.
