I agree this people are extremely unprofessional and dangerous , the city need to reevaluate this program and it’s staff members because they are hateful ruthless and don’t understand the patients in which are part of the program, they do
Everything in their power to take as much as money.from your budget as they can as if it were theirs, horrible attitude and just because they lazy
And Unprofessional if you come between 4-5pm they will not see you or give you grief even though the center . Is open till 5pm it’s been 2.5 years that I’m fight with them to cover my rent and they won’t simply because I put them in their place and they don’t like that!aweful people Mayors and Government please step in and help us from tee

The supervisor, along with some case managers are extremely incompetent and/or don't have the tools they need to do a good job so they just tell you whatever and try to pawn you of on someone else. Anette Scott's lack of ability to properly and professionally handle matters within her job description, had me contemplating suicide. I nearly lost my apartment I waited 4 years to get because she failed to communicate. These are lives and our livelihood. I need help, but death is far more organized. Btw I'm disabled. Instead of making the appropriate phone calls, she had me run around. SMH. No one knows what she's talking about. I can't smh
BUT, God bless the good ones. The ones that almost literally give you life and increase the quality of it while decreasing the stress of it all, my heart goes to them. Some of us clients could be,a little to ALOT more, "appropriate" in order to help case managers more efficiently help us.
