I used the service on May 26th, 2024. Drop off service was awful. They had just one shuttle and wanted to fit 10 people. We spent 10 minutes after we had got inside the shuttle to wait for unprepared customer. My son and I spent over 40 minutes waiting to be picked up. The drive later came and didn't even stop at E3. I had to call the customer representative who kept on putting me on wait. Overall, I'm upset and didn't get the value of what I paid for 😤

This was the WORST experience with EZ park. The shuttle took over an hour to pick up from the airport after a long day of flights.
Once we retrieved our keys, we find our car blocked by two other cars.
The attendant assured me he was moving the cars. However, took the time to park someone else’s car first, while we continued to wait. The man then said I was rude & my frustration wasn’t going to get the “service “ done any faster.
PLEASE FO NOT TRIST YOUR CAR WITH THEM.

I’ve been waiting for 1 hour for a shuttle with my kid. The customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! Their only reply is: “I’m not the one driving”.

For all the people who needs EFFICIENCY, I would recommend Park N Fly who has more rotations.

I parked my car at EZ Park for two weeks while I was out of the country. After a long flight on a Friday afternoon I came back to find someone had done a hit and run on my car in the parking lot. Staff were dismissive and said someone would call me on Monday. They did not want to give me a contact name of anyone I should speak with. After not hearing from them I followed up with an email and a phone call. I was reassured that they would get the license plate number of the other car for my insurance company. It is now been a week and half since I came back to a smashed car with still no response. I need to get my car fixed. After numerous emails and phone calls I have come to the conclusion that EZ Park just wants your money but takes no steps to protect or monitor your car. This has been a terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone.

No matter how cheap this place is, DO NOT use this company unless you enjoy standing on the curb at the airport for long periods of time. My husband has tried them 3 times now, and they have been 30 - 50 minutes picking him/us up in the shuttle to get us back to the car EVERY TIME. Each time, they have insisted that a driver had been at the designated pick up spot earlier and we must have been at the wrong place, even though we were literally standing watching for the van at the sign for the designated spot the entire time. Not to mention the fact that when we did eventually get picked up it was in that very spot that we had never moved from. We can’t figure out if this is deceit or incompetence. When we complained, their response was to offer us a bottle of water! Stay away!

Pickup wait me was unprofessional and too long. I arrived at the pickup spot and a van with five or six logos pulled up. The driver got out, opened the back-doors of the van, looked around, and then glanced at me. When I opened my mouth to ask which company he was with he quickly returned to the drover’s seat without saying a word. He drove off. I had to wait with my son in the hail and flurry for another thirty minutes for a shuttle.

When I arrived at EZ park I told them I was picking up my in-laws vehicle for them. I just gave them the plate number and they allowed me into the lot. I had been told to bring ID so they could verify who was picking up the car but then never even checked.

I wouldn’t use them again.

Regarding the parking lot, yes it’s tight and very cramped. But it’s cheaper than others. A definite “get what you pay for” situation.
No problems with the shuttle. Left minutes after parking and got picked up minutes after getting to the E3 pick up point at Terminal 1.
Yes the van was not pristine but the guys were very helpful with the luggage and no issues with the ride.
The highlight of this location though is how they helped us when my battery was dead after getting to the parking lot at 2am!
First they lent me a booster pack, but the battery was too dead to work.
Then they were able to rent me a car so we could get home and get some sleep after being awake for 22 hours. They also asked which credit cards I had to save money on the insurance. The young man knew which credit cards had rental car insurance included!
I came back 12 hours later, changed my battery and was good to go.
They didn’t charge me for the extra day. Yes they made more money on the rental but the price was reasonable and had I been parked at one of the other big lots, the situation would’ve been much different.
