Check all reviews! Your vehicle may get damaged and they do nothing for you and "decide" you are lying. It's my vehicle. I know it was undamaged and they have surveillance that would show this as well. I've backed into a parked car twice with my previous car and both times left a note and paid the damages immediately. If only this business was half as honest!

We left our van at this parking location and they park your vehicle for you. The day after we picked it up (as we got in at 11pm the previous night) we informed them that the sliding door on our van had been damaged. They ignored us. A week later I called in case there was a delay to respond and they ask to email them. We did. They didn't respond. We called them. They said they didn't get it. Then they said they did and to resend it. So we did. Then Gary told us they would find a resolution and that resolution has been too continue to ignore us. Terrible management of dissatisfied customers and paying for damages. We only had the van 3 months and had no body damage 😞 😓
Wasn't worth paying a bit less than the other places. It's also in a bad location on a dirt road.

The service is exactly what they describe it as and is cheaper than its alternatives. The staff was reasonably friendly. Given the lower cost, this option might be ideal for long-term parking. They document any damage on your car when you get there, which is good.

That being said, we didn't find the marginal savings were worth it. Coming from the south, we travelled 15 minutes past the airport to get there, including a short portion on a poorly maintained gravel road. Your vehicle will then be parked on dirt lot, which might result in a dirty car. Then you have to wait for others to arrive until they are ready to go to the airport (another 15 minutes). Coming back, you will have to do everything in reverse. It is a lot of extra time to save a dollar or two.

Given the overall price is relatively similar to those parking services closer to the airport with paved lots, next time we will probably use one of those.

Had a great experience with Skyview Parking! Left our vehicle for two weeks while on a trip to Cabo, San Lucas. The shuttle was efficient and easy and our car was safe in the lot. The staff was professional, helpful and courteous. They carried our suitcases onto the shuttle and to our vehicle after our trip. I will be using their services in future.

Love using their shuttle service, they are so fast at dropping you off and picking you up, and keep in contact through texting. And they will make the trip with just you in the shuttle even. Nice that you don’t have to drive right into the city too! Highly recommend!

The road not their fault is still an absolute disaster!! First trip to airport no bus..front seat of an employees SUV!! Shuttle bus back, engine light on, and dirty. Half the problem is the brutal road to the lot which probably doesn’t help the fact that there was two different rides!! Very nice people, making a go of it. The service is good. Not expensive if you’re not expecting bright and shiny!!!

Very well run operation from the time I booked till the time we we're picked up and brought back to our running waiting car. We had a text reminding us when we got off the plane to text them so they would send a driver to pick us up. Not to mention the price was great especially if your going to be away for any length of time.
First class operation.

What can I say? They left my window open in my brand new Lariat for over 5 weeks!! In that time it was subjected to rain, snow and freezing rain, not to mention mice or other pottential critters. I understand mistakes happen. But why was my window opened in the first place? and at the time of posting this I haven't even received an apology even after admiting fault. To be honest I wouldn't even have posted this review if management had reached out. I don't believe there is permanent damage (haven't seen it in the day yet though), however the electrics were all incased in ice, so I would like to know that there is a willingness to take responsibility in the event that there is a failure in the near future. I have used Skyview in the past without issue, upset at this outcome Frankly.
