UNBELIEVABLE customer service!!!! I have owned 3 sets of Heys luggage over the years. My last set had a bit of a manufacturing issue with the handle. Anuj in customer service was fantastic to deal with, quick to respond and Heys honored their warranty without question. This kind of service and reputation gives me peace of mind when buying their luggage, even if it costs a little more. Every piece I've bought from Heys has been top quality. Their communication throughout and order is top notch, I have never experienced better. #CustomerForLife

Well Heys, you have a customer for life!! Your service is absolute top notch.
I initially came to their showroom to shop for new luggage set since my old one lasted over 15 years (it says a lot about the quality to last this long). They were still in a good condition, other than 2 wheels sticking and some feet missing. Heys repaired my suitcases at no cost to me. And since I was leaving for a trip they did it in 2 days!! Unbelievable!
That inspired me to to get a new tekno carry-on and milos beauty case, because I know Heys will take care of me 💕

Really happy with my experience with Heys. I had my carry-on stolen and really had my heart set on getting the same carry-on back. They lovely Heys representative Ashneet gave me a special code for my upcoming birthday so I could purchase the one I wanted with a unique promo code. Super happy with the customer service and I also received my carry-on the same day I ordered it! Quick and wonderful and everyone knows Heys has great quality luggage!

I have an awesome Heys carry on that I've used for many years. Unfortunately on my previous vacation my wheel was damaged from a cobble stone walkway. My carry on is well out of warranty but Heys did me a solid and sent me a replacement wheel :). I paid for the shipping and the process was very easy. I was speaking with the costumer service rep. Nitika, she was amazing and very helpful. I had a great experience and looking forward to travelling again.

Hey’s Safari Luggage Damaged Wheel By Airline

Our Heys Safari Luggage purchased about 10 years ago was recently damaged by an airline whereas the entire wheel housing was completely torn off. Since this luggage is solidly made and never gave me any problems, I wanted to replace the wheel housing. I contacted Heys, provided a picture of the damaged wheel port and they said that they could provide me with 4 new comparable wheels at no charge. I went in to pick up the wheels and installed them myself. Wheels were almost an identical match to the originals and looking forward to more future travels with this Heys Set. Thank you Heys Customer Service for your prompt attention in assisting me with this.

The order arrived earlier than expected with the surprised rose stem for the Valentine's Day season. I did not expect to receive any free gifts inside the package with the small items from my purchase. That is very impressive!

The Heys TSA™ Lock is durable. The xScale® PRO II is the practical scale to make sure the luggage is not overweight. Looking forward to my next purchase!

I have a Heys carry-on bag which was a gift 10 years ago. The handle broke when I was traveling. I called head office and brought it in to see if they could fix it because this bag is special to me and wanted it fixed at any cost. They had the parts and fixed it in 15 minutes at no charge. I will always buy Heys because they last and very honorable. Thank you so much, Nitika.

I purchased an ez 2.0 suitcase from Heys and have since used it on 2 trips. On the second trip, the zipper broke so that I’m no longer able to zip it up or down and close the suitcase. I contacted Heys customer service and they let me know the luggage was covered under their warranty but I’d have to bring it to one of their service locations or pay to have it shipped back. The service location that was provided to me is not accessible to me, and I’ve been quoted almost $100 to ship the luggage back. I asked customer service why I was having to pay almost half the price of the suitcase to fix a quality issue that is clearly the company’s fault. No one from customer service replied to me. I also left a review on their website detailing this information and they never published it, which leads me to believe they are filtering for only positive reviews. Now I’m stuck with an unusable suitcase after 2 uses. Would not recommend this business. I expect better from a Canadian company.

To update: Hey's solution was to send me a different piece of luggage than the one originally purchased at my expense of $50. Will never shop here again or recommend to.
