RBC WaterPark Place parking garage

Clean and convenient lot for taking the ferry to the Island daily for work ... However, their business practices are far from clean!!
I had a monthly pass that allowed me to park daily for a set rate ... When signing up for the pass, you give a $50 "refundable deposit " for your key fob! 2 years in a row when ending my parking term and returning my fob, this "refundable deposit " was not refunded! I called and emailed the "manager" for MONTHS AND MONTHS and got every excuse in the books from "our computers are down today so we can't help you" to "I did mail that cheque months ago!" I have still yet to receive my $50 back for 2022 and 2023! Their head office is also unable to help me because it's up to the manager to deal with this ... I was given contact information to go above his head and recieved no response!!
Beware if getting a monthly parking pass in this lot!!

Good location, not busy and easy to get out. Price was absolutely ridiculous for event parking.. $42 is wild to me. When we got in it didn’t say how much it would be -_-

Only park here if you want to get scammed. I made it to pay at 5:55pm before the extra rate was added and their clocks are set 20 minutes fast. Instead of 5:58pm on my ticket it was 6:18pm! This is absolute fraud and I hope I can find a place to lodge a formal complaint. Unacceptable.

Parkade robbery!!! Nice place to park but the signage is misleading. There is no maximum if you just park. $47 for 3 hours and twenty minutes. It is $5 for each 20 minutes… Total rip off!!!!

Be aware of this parking , they are totally fraud . They charged me 47 dollars for 4 hours from 3.40 to 7.40 p.m . They have mentioned full day parking for 25 $ . I talked to the guy and he said you have to pay evening and morning rate both . Please do not park here go find some other places they are much cheaper than this.

Total rip off!
They charge you twice if you are there before 6pm,and leave after 6pm...
I can understand being charged the evening max rate of $25,
But they add the day max of $22...

So a slap in the face of $47,
On a random day...
No events or anything...

Never park here, most expensive parking I have ever found so far in Toronto.

Worst parking experience ever! Paid $47 for 8 hours of parking on a Sunday! I understand that they charge flat $25 6am-6pm and flat $22 6pm-6am but on a Sunday it's just absurd! Valuable lesson learnt!
