99 Ranch Market

I always like to shop at the Ranch 99 market. They have a good set of Asian and Non Asian grocery items. I love their bakery especially, with the cake and paste ties being among the best. If you want some Asia specific vegetables such as water chestnut or fruits like Mangosteen, this is the best place, at a decent price. Some of the items are a bit more expensive than an Indian grocery store, but they have lot more variety of items such as a collection of Mushrooms, etc. Sometimes, they also give additional coupons to use for shopping at the cake shop next time. Overall, a decent place to shop for all food items!

This place is very clean and has great customer service. My daughter enjoys coming here with me to pick up snacks and produce.

I prefer going to the Ranch 99 in Newark than this one. This location has many issues. The deli food is not so good, the seafood section smells and the whole place is not spacious.
I don't like the customer service there at all. They are rude to the customers and to their employees too. Like today, a young new cashier made a mistake. The store manager came over and gave him a very wordy and unfriendly lesson in front of the customers. I think that's very unprofessional.

Tons of asian products. There's a steam table with serve yourself Chinese food, they also have bbq meats like pork and duck and they also have a dim sum steam table. I've only gotten the fried rice & chow fun. The dim sum is below average, not enough filling. It's a supermarket, so there's vegetables, a butcher in back, frozen & refrigerated foods, Asian liquors. There's a little bit of each Asian country, Vietnam, China, Japanese, Philippines, Thailand, probably more. But that's what I usually get.

This Ranch 99 is a bit smaller than most other Ranch 99’s I’ve visited. But I don’t fight for parking every time I come and visit here so that’s a big plus! Not as crowded too so I was able to choose a fish right away and had it cut and cleaned in only a few minutes on my
last visit. It was easy to go in and out.

One of the best Chinese supermarkets. Good selection and low prices. 1 star deduction for unclean floor in produce section and messy floor around live fish

They have fresh produce of vegetables, fruits & meat and other.. Good asian source food available. They have very nice bakery. But little bit smelly environment & full of fish fry smoke on the shop today
