Location is the best

This building is so run down. The furniture and area rug in the lobby is so worn out, the elevators are so disgusting, ( there was a fire in one of the elevators shafts a few months back. We all had to evacuate. Evacuating from a high floor was rough if you are an older
person. There is a community laundry room... so they are asking 600,000+ for the studios and you have to go to the 4th foot to do laundry.... like you are in a dorm in college. Check out also where the trash is stored in the building.
Going out the back door... wow what a smell....,there are other buildings in the area that are sooooo much nicer.

Can't beat this location

Stuff support is excellent

Looks to be abandoned, like the owner just couldn't justify the commitment to such a plum location.
