SHOR American Seafood Grill

Fantastic food. Cooked perfectly. Friendly staff and a great ocean view. Highly recommend!!

We spent the weekend at Hyatt... Shor is totally under rated at 4.3... food is a 5.0... we had ribeye, grouper, redfish and seared tuna and lobster tail.
The seared tuna is very special... flavor.... style and a bit of heat... grouper has the forbidden rice... and the Redfish is outstanding with a potato side kick you will love... servers were great! Rob, Steve and Anthony... are rock solid as Brian works to make sure... glasses are clean for the next pour... Scope out the best seats... restaurant has a different shape with outdoor seating and great water views... check it out!

I was with my boyfriend for Easter dinner the ambient was good.the service was great the food was delicious.

Had dinner and breakfast here while staying at the Hyatt Regency. Service was really great (friendly hostess and wait staff) and the food was prepared exactly as requested. Really great for a hotel restaurant in my opinion! They have a great pre-fix dinner menu as well for a very reasonable price for what you receive (salad, entree, dessert). Cocktails at dinner were excellent; really enjoyed the crab omelette at breakfast. View is spectacular since it's right on the beach and they have outdoor seating as well.

Shor is a premier restaurant right on Clearwater Beach in the best hotel on the strip. We were there for 3 nights and each dinner was perfect. Ribeye, scallops, lobster, grouper, lobster mac and cheese were all hits. Staff treated us excellent as well.

First of all, let me just say that we visited Florida for the first time on our honeymoon, and had no idea where we should go or shouldn’t we looked at Google to find a spot where we can watch the sunset in Clearwater, and have good food and came across this gem .

Rob was our server and he was fantastic from start to finish. He actually told me that the choice and drink I originally made should be something different and gave me reasons why and so I went with his suggestion and was highly impressed. We ended up getting the tropical martini and it was delicious.

He suggested that we go to the prefixed menu which we did, and grabbed a few appetizers, and all of the food exceeded our expectations !!!

The restaurant was high-end feel with an open kitchen, and everything was clean .
The staff was attentive and went above, and beyond as Rob after dinner, brought us outside to take a picture of us in the sunset, and it came out amazing

Rob also learned that we were on our honeymoon and went above and beyond, and provided us with a champagne, toast and dessert

Best experience ever if you haven’t gone here or you’re looking for a great place to go with your loved ones this is definitely a must

Great food and service for the 5 of us. The prix fixe menu was a wonderful deal with delicious choices. Beautiful plating. It could have been a perfect experience except for the sweltering heat in the dining room. It was so hot in the restaurant that it was really hard to enjoy our meal. This was our second visit and we will try to come again.
