Ordered the tonkotsu ramen. Soup was too thick for my liking (more like sauce than soup). Too porky taste. The gyoza was delicious, it saved the meal.
The price for me is a little bit expensive given the look of the place but the food is great. I recommend to try their toasted gyoza. It is crunchy and tastes similar to the gyoza of kuroda. Their ramen is good. Though not the best but it is enough to satisfy my cravings. It’s crazy to see that they have a ramen with plenty of meat.
One of the best Japanese restaurants I’ve ever been! The staffs are so kind, and the food was so delicious. Must try!
I love that this place is open till 4 A.M. it’s my secret to never having a hangover the next day!
It’s a sweet spot to take someone — watch them smile as they take the first bite of that super yummy gyoza. Or if you are going solo a sweet cat will be the entertainment for the night. Either way you get a meal and a show of sorts.

it's located at little Tokyo, very much convenient with the traffic commute. but to be honest the floor of little Tokyo is not that much clean.
although the restaurant is nice and tidy. waiters are kind ramen are fit for the expectation flavor is also good.

Both chasu and egg tasted like they came out of the fridge - the yolk was literally cold. The broth was barely warm. Flavor wasn’t anything special. I wouldn’t dine here again. It was the opening shift and likely the reason for all this, but then why would you open early if you can’t prep for service at opening.

I ordered 2 ramen on 2 separate dinner just to really measure their best sellers. Tantanmen and Tonkatsu Ramen. More of a gimmicky. Not so authentic, ramen looks pretty but tastes below mediocre.
