Nicci is INCREDIBLE! I felt like every muscle in my body could relax and the scalp massage add-on was perfect. After a lot of travel lately this is exactly what I needed. I got a membership right after this experience!!! So amazing!!

The place was lovely, very beautiful inside and I was excited for a nice relaxing massage.. however, that was by FAR the worst massage l've ever had. I don't think this guy was an actual massage therapist... every movement felt so sporadic and uncomfortable. His hands were extremely dry it was hard to relax the entire time.. I felt like I was being exfoliated. I also kept getting a finger nail rubbed very hard into my back.
Besides that, the technique was poor and very choppy. I don't feel like i just got home from a massage.. I was so uncomfortable the whole time.. it's a cute aesthetic place so maybe just I got a bad massage therapist? Unfortunate, I was really looking forward to that massage. I have 3 large scratches on my back from this experience. I will try to upload them. This is unacceptable. I wanted a massage to relax and this was the complete opposite

I have had several massages by different massage therapists at this location and had such a good experience each time! The therapists are very kind and attentive to any specific needs I bring.

The environment is so tranquil and contemporary. Ambience, vibes, and trust can be so important when you are so vulnerable, and so far, The NOW has never steered me wrong. As someone who has visited many massage locations around the Atlanta area to try them out, this is definitely my favorite!

Whether you are someone who wants to treat yourself to a one-off massage to celebrate something, or go more regularly for more frequent relaxation, I love that they have a membership program which both gives me a discounted massage AND reminds me to slow down and recover every once in a while. My favorite routine is to get a massage then head to the Chopt across the parking lot for a salad to stretch out the self-care a little longer.

I booked a pregnancy massage for my girlfriend for an appointment scheduled at 10:00 AM. She woke up the morning of the appointment feeling nauseous so i called to reschedule. I was pretty much told i paid for the time slot and not the actual service since services was not rendered. You would think offering services to pregnant women, there would be some sort of accommodation in case of an emergency. After a month of trying to resolve this issue, numerous trips to the location, numerous calls to speak with the manager regarding a rescheduled date, the manager never reached out to me. My final visit to the location i was pretty much told by the representative i couldn’t get a reschedule, i couldn’t get a refund, i couldn’t get a credit towards another booking. Only thing i could do was RE book another appointment. I essentially donated $120. Poor management, poor customer service, and overall a complete disappointment. Anybody looking to book here i hope you read my review. Even if you are on your death bed, you MUST make the appointment or your money is gone. They won’t reschedule, they won’t give you a credit to a future booking. They are inconsiderate and will take your money happily.

Listen! The massage experience I had here was unlike anything I have EVER experienced. The ambience is beautiful, calming and my therapist Kerry! OMG! He pressed every pain, kink and everything else out of me. I left feeling like a brand new woman. The entire staff was extremely nice and it was just the perfect pampering experience I needed. Thank you Now team for an unforgettable and possibly life changing experience. I am a customer NOW for life!
