Filed a lock change request here last November. No action or communication and now the facility is closed. I haven’t been able to receive mail this whole time.

This location's management is currently allowing a postal carrier to not deliver to an entire apartment complex and will not offer to switch out this portion of the route to a different carrier due to stickiness with the union. Everyone at this complex is required to go to the facility to retrieve mail. There is no concern for those with disabilities or anyone unable to go up there for any reason. Most inquiries submitted via the main USPS number may be closed out without the customer being contacted which is a known issue. You may need to try consumer affairs or a congressional inquiry with this facility.

I went here on 2/17/2023 around 4:00pm,est. I wanted to have some mail certified. It appeared when I was at this USPS the female postal clerk was working by herself here at the time, and apparently the customer that was waited on ahead of me, the postal clerk obviously personally knew this person. When it was my turn to be waited on next in line, I advised the clerk that I wanted to have some mail certified. The postal clerk then informed me that at their location that don't certify mail, and she quickly dismissed me so she could go back to having small talk with her friend. The postal clerk attitude was rude, negative, unprofessional and nasty. I would recommend that this USPS has someone to supervise this place as much as possible because clearly this postal -clerk didn't have any supervisors/managers around when I came up here, leaving me with a first time bad experience with this USPS, I won't be returning back here.

Worst post office I have ever dealt with. My landlord submitted a w/o to have my mail key replaced when I moved into the unit on 8/26. It is now 11/7 and I still don't have my key. Every time I call/go to the office I get no excuse, just "It's not ready". Aside from that, I have asked 3 times for them to hold my mail there until my key is ready, I'm happy to pick it up as long as I can get my mail. Every time they said they would hold it and when I call to make sure it's being held (because I don't want to go there to find out it's not being held, I don't trust these people anymore), they tell me "You didn't speak to me, I'll put a note to have your mail held here." What???? Everyone I've spoken to there has already said that to me! I'm exasperated and desperate and there is literally nothing I can do but call daily to ask if my mail is being held, and when am I going to receive my key. This is INSANE!!!

DONT GO HERE, THEY ARE THIEVES! Dropped off a phone for a AT&T trade in in mid October and now it’s conveniently missing and not even scanned into the system. The worker originally tossed it into the bin when I bought it in, that should’ve been my first sign to take my package right back out. Smh, I understand they’re understaffed and overworked but stealing from customers is out of pocket. Now I’m out $1,000 because the workers want to be grimy and USPS says there’s nothing they can do about it because without it being scanned in or them giving me a receipt, there’s technically no record of me bringing it in. (Except for the pictures I have of it in the location)

I came here looking for a package and they were FAR kinder and more helpful to me than the woman who works at the Buckhead Loop location (seriously, go look up the reviews for that USPS spot). I took one star off simply because I had to ring the bell for service more than once. I rang three times (not in quick succession, I promise), mostly because I couldn't tell if anyone could hear me. Someone did come by the window eventually, but she left, and never told me if someone would come along. I would wait as long as they needed me to wait if someone could just let me know they heard me ringing the bell. When someone did come to the window they were really easy to talk to and helpful. So, thank you for that.
