LaVida Massage of Sugar Hill

This was by far the most laziest massage I have ever received. The massage therapist had no techniques and he was just wasting time the entire session. At one time I literally had to ask him what he is doing as there was no pressure and it did not feel like a massage but a joke.

Facility is neat and peaceful, front desk girl was professional and cheerful. If management wants to get in touch with me, I can provide detailed feedback. I really wanted to like this place but it was a pretty disappointing experience today.

LaVida has a warm and calm atmosphere set as soon as you walk through the door. My first time here and I had a session with Michael. He has an incredible knowledge of the muscular system!! I had some reservations about a male masseuse, but Michael made sure I felt comfortable by asking for permission throughout the massage. Although you expect blankets to be adjusted, I appreciated the extra effort he made.

Great Massage! Joann was awesome- receptionist was so welcoming and pleasant! Not only a thorough massage, but an overall wonderful experience! Would highly recommend LaVida!

Christian worked a miracle today! Pure bliss. She got to muscles on my arms, shoulders, back, and hips that have been stiff for months. I feel like she should be working for a professional sports team! She's THAT good! Go see her!💆🏾‍♀️☺️🙌🏾💎

I had a great experience at La Vida Sugar Hill. The serenity of the place can immediately be felt as soon as you walk through the front door. It’s clear the owner has paid a lot of attention to details throughout the spaces. There’s even a nice, relaxing lounge stocked with tea and hot chocolate.
My massage therapist was Laura. She was very gentle and had good technique.

I can’t say enough about how amazing this place was. Heather was super friendly and easy to book an appointment with over the phone. She created me when I arrived and went over everything. Everyone was wearing a mask, my temperature was checked and the place was spotless. The lunge area had tea, water, etc. and was very relaxing. I had Minh as my therapist and she was excellent. She made sure that the pressure was good and was magical at finding & working out the knots in my shoulders. The heated blankets were nice. I enjoyed this visit so much I signed up for the membership! I loved no one was pushy or trying to up sale anything like every salon I’ve ever been to. Can’t wait to come back!!
