Woolworths Balgowlah

It's a handy place to visit it also has underground parking which makes it very useful the shop is large and has plenty of lovely yummy items!

Do not even attempt to shop here on a Sunday arvo after 2pm it is like shopping on Xmas eve

The staff here are very friendly and professional. Considering that some Australians in other jobs make hundreds of thousands dollars a year and still don't know how to treat customers with any respect.

First thing rude behavior of staff who working in direct to boot I come every day but. When I show the order they can't see the number ask cancel the order I can't give you the order. It's not only my problem all the driver how come there the staff only react that they are our boss and also if Woolworth didn't manage these things don't do that
I really disheart with these things

If Woolworth manager see this please see only once cctv footage once if they feel I am lying

I was shopping at Woolworths Balgowlah today and I will not shop at any Woolworth again. The reason for this is rude staff. I was at the self checkout with my daughter and I made a genuine mistake. I don't normally buy kiwi fruit but I needed it for a particular recipe. I put them through as green kiwi fruit but apparently they were gold. The woman who regularly oversees the self checkout section (locals know who) came pushing in front of me and instead of correcting me she grabbed the fruit out of the bag. She announced condescendingly the price prior to snickering with another customer. She is rude and aggressive persistently. I have seen her being rude to customers many time before. I was so embarrassed because it was a genuine mistake. I spend about $500.00 a week at Woolworths but no more.

Everything in the one place . Car park can be a bit annoying sometimes . You will see what I mean (stay away at peak hour).

Getting worse every time we shop there..
Quality if bakery items is shocking.
I will avoid shopping here in the future
