Woolworths Gordon

The Website should be updated regularly with the things they have in stock, because it happened to me severaltimes. I checked if some item is in stock on the website says yes and then I went to the store and they didn't have what I need it. So it's a waist of time. Do something about it. You already are saving a lot of money in staff so invest that money on the website.

I went to woolworth Gordon around 5.30pm and there was a lady at EXPRESS checkout work as a cashier
She took our stuff and put it in someone’s grocery
Not even apologize to us but said “you guys confusing”
She’s not focus with her work ,so slow and keep talking with her coworker
Really bad customer service!
A express checkout supposed to serve customer quickly!

Woolworths Gordon is well stocked, well managed, and has had the same key staff members for a long time which indicates a happy and well looked-after team. Whenever I have any problems they are always great at helping. Grocery shopping is a chore but this particular Woolworths is top notch.

They have nice range of plants, outside of store. Items are easy to find in the supermarket.

Do not buy poultry from this Woolworth, I bought once grass fed mince when opened up it wasnt fresh at all and smells bed. Last night I got food poisoning from their beef mince. Beware!!!

Worst Woolies I’ve been to. Constantly out of fresh meat and fish. Clearly can’t order product. Can never get over 50% of my shopping list completed here. Also only one check out often open in peak times (except for self serve) with huge queues. Waiting 30mins in a queue is not ok. Sort this store out Woolies. Is by far the closest supermarket to my house otherwise would never return. Aldi opening soon though / can’t wait
