Absolutely horrible!! Even when there are long queues, the assisted check-outs are not opened. They have staff standing around looking at people scanning their groceries but no one will come forward to open an assisted check-outs counter. The only one which is open, the cashier tries to pass on the bought bags for groceries to be packed by customers!!?? None of the staff seems to care about anything in this store

The short-haired white middle-aged woman staff next to the self-service cash register has a bad attitude. She stared at me fiercely every time. It's like I owe her money. I don't know her at all. I shopped completely normally. I buy as much as possible each time to reduce the number of visits. But it seemed like I was a thief in her eyes. I am unhappy every time I shop. She seemed to come over and curse at anyone at any moment. It seems that we walk wrong, check out wrong, speak wrong, stand wrong, nothing is right. Last time she also said that I was not allowed to use green plastic bags to carry children's snacks. She said that green plastic bags can only be used when buying fresh fruits and vegetables. But I just wanted to pack snacks for my daughter. My daughter is scared of her. I had to go to the manned checkout line to avoid her because of her bad attitude. I had to leave the near and far away to go to wollies. I don't know if she only does this to Asians. I will keep complaining. Until she left the coles in front of my house.

Worst customer service at the registers by Ani. We go to the registers and give bags so they can pack the goods. She scanned items left my bags for me to do while having to deal with a child in the trolley. To the point she hurried me to pay while I was trying to pack all my groceries myself into the bags I gave to her. Then started to tap her fingers on the desk for me to hurry up and give my flybuys card. Rudest cash register I have ever encountered.

God awful store, the only saving grace is that most staff are nice. I visit often at later times and was surprised that a couple of the night fill staff were ignoring me. I wasn't sure if it was on purpose because I wasn't speaking too loud but a few of them did have earphones in and ignored me when I tapped them on the shoulder
