Katee and the team were incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable in their haircare products! It was my first time getting colour in my hair and Katee briefed me through the entire process. She is very professional and lovely to talk to!

I cannot even explain how much I loved the service here! Everything from the vegan cheese and beer (shout out to Lena), to the salon, the environment- everything is absolutely faultless. The best hairdressing experience I’ve ever had. Shino was fantastic and I could not be happier with my haircut. I genuinely can’t wait for my next appointment. Thank you Mr. burrows! This is the second time I have a pixie / short haircut with Shino and she always delivers! Shino understands Asian hair and was communicative and has such good skills. Loving my short hair in the summertime 🥰

I had the comfiest hair wash and massage I've ever had. I also had a big snip from Rob, which is taking me a while to adjust to (I've never had hair this short) but it's exactly what I asked for. Perfect service -- oh, and they offer silent appointments too! I didn't know that but it suits my personality. It really made it a relaxing service!

Edit: 4 hours after getting the big chop and rinsing out the hair product. I'm really loving how effortless it is to style! It didn't take too long to grow on me 🙂

Also, to anyone else is thinking of getting a big chop: consider donating your hair!

3rd visit update: So I've been to three different hairdressers here -- they're all fabulous! I had my first time tinting my hair last night and Shino was so kind to take the time to explain to me how hair colouring works. I didn't know what to expect walking in but I'm delighted with the warm chocolate I ended up with! I've attached a photo from last night and one from this morning.

The best hair salon I have ever been too. You walk into the salon and get greeted by lovely staff, they provide you with drinks, tea, water and a lovely cheese board. The salon set up is so beautiful, and my hair stylist Suzie is so talented at her work. She always does such a great job and makes my hair look AMAZING. If your looking for a good salon this is the place to go. The stylists here are so talented and great at what they do. And it’s in a good area as well. Definitely give this place a go, worth every penny!!
