Absolutely amazing experience at the shop today. New to Sydney and have been trying to find the right barber for quite some time. I have curly/wavy hair and have been trying to grow it out but every time I went in for a maintenance cut, it was either cut too short or the shape of my hairstyle was changed. Appreciate how attentive and patient my barber was. Took his time with consulting and gave me exactly what I needed. Safe to say I finally found a place I can go to regularly. Tunes were the cherry on top.

I’ve had a fair few cuts here, most of which have been great, but as I’ve grown my hair out the number of good cuts has diminished. My hair is on the curlier/wavier side, and that was completely neglected with my latest haircut. I asked for a long/shaggy cut with nothing sharp or short and the barber proceeded to cut off half the length on top and use a razor and scissors to take length off the back after I asked for just a neaten up. The barber seemed to be not very confident and failed to listen to any explaination I gave of the cut I requested. Pretty disappointed as I don’t think I’ll be coming back after this cut.

The first experience was t great in this barber but I needed a hair cut after my regular place had to cancel. I shouldn’t have bothered. I had to ask 3-4 times to get the cut I asked for initially. What does grade 1 round the sides mean? It doesn’t mean a wedge. It doesn’t mean just one side.

I asked for 2-3 inches off the top and ended up looking like a military buzz cut. You need to listen to what people ask for, if you’re unsure, seek clarification, don’t assume.

Would advise against this barber.

Edit: Went back to get a refund, which they provided, but they accused me of changing my mind! Ah, its my fault, fantastic. One patron said "it doesn't look that bad"... which is exactly what you want from a new haircut eh.

I’ve been here quite a few times now and really enjoy the haircuts as they do the job well. I’ve had a haircut by everyone in the team and I enjoy it every time as staff are all amazing.

I first tried their shop because of the raving reviews and the extra beer offer because it was unique. I have to say that I wish the offer for the beers was consistent for all guests and I hope theirs no biases as I haven’t been offered one as of yet each time I’ve arrived.

I know they’re flat out and would love to see a bit more cleanliness efforts made to clean up after one in while.
