I’m loving my hair since visiting Amelia and the team at Hudson Hair! It’s such a beautiful salon with the most relaxing atmosphere. I’m so glad I found this amazing salon :)
Hudson Hair's Amelia has been coloring and blow drying my hair now for nearly two years and she does a great job. Recently she has starting cutting and styling and I am very happy with her talent and professionalism.

Have had great experiences until tonight. Booked my daughter in for a full colour and cut. The booking platform did not ask for me to specify a colour choice. Arrived on time and they said they had no time to do a colour. She wanted to be blonde - she is already quite blonde and just wanted a natural colour - and this salon advertises as a blond specialist, yet had no "time" to what we had booked in for. On top of that, she felt very judged because of her undercut, and some of her scars. I have 4 girls in my household, all who have been here, but won't be back.
I cannot even explain how much I loved the service here! Everything from the vegan cheese and beer (shout out to Lena), to the salon, the environment- everything is absolutely faultless. The best hairdressing experience I’ve ever had. Shino was fantastic and I could not be happier with my haircut. I genuinely can’t wait for my next appointment. Thank you Mr. burrows! I am one happy customer. ☺️☺️
This place seems affordable and easy to book, however I wasn't entirely satisfied with the fridge trim I received from Paul a couple of months ago. The cut was quite uneven, which was surprising as I've never had issues with getting my fringe cut before.
I can not speak more highly on my experience with Vanise at Glamorous Hair. She has cut my sons hair on two occasions and did the most amazing job. He really dislikes getting his hair cut and we have experienced many failed attempts before meeting Vanise. She is efficient, professional and simply amazing with kids. You will not regret going to see her!

We’re long time clients of Vanise! My 4yo hates haircuts and Vanise is always patient and calm and manages to give him a great, tidy haircut.
This is the second time I have a pixie / short haircut with Shino and she always delivers! Shino understands Asian hair and was communicative and has such good skills. Loving my short hair in the summertime 🥰

Vanise is amazing with my son who doesn't like haircuts. She is friendly, calm and patient yet does an awesome haircut in a short time.
I had the comfiest hair wash and massage I've ever had. I also had a big snip from Rob, which is taking me a while to adjust to (I've never had hair this short) but it's exactly what I asked for. Perfect service -- oh, and they offer silent appointments too! I didn't know that but it suits my personality. It really made it a relaxing service!
Edit: 4 hours after getting the big chop and rinsing out the hair product. I'm really loving how effortless it is to style! It didn't take too long to grow on me 🙂

Amazing service. My 2year old is a feisty one and don't allow anything near his head. Took him to Glamorous hair and Vanise was just so wonderful and understanding. My son put up a brave fight but Vanise managed to give an awesome haircut. I will definitely go back in future.
Paul is an absolute sweetheart! I visited the salon for the first time today for a Keratin treatment. Paul was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process. It's not a quick treatment, but it's so worth it, and Paul's company made the time fly! Would revisit and recommend.
What a fabulous salon and team. The team, and Paul in particular, went out of their way to fit me in and not only did they have to work late but Paul also made me feel so relaxed and I felt like I was in safe hands the whole time. He matched my roots exactly to my natural base colour and gave me one of the best cuts I've ever had, and styled to perfection. I've just woken up and the curls are still there! I was a first time customer and if I wasn't moving to another country, I would without a doubt make this my go-to salon. Professional and talented salon, beautiful space and really lovely people. Thank you Kylie for an amazing colour with foils 😀 I received a few compliments today and the cut wore so well even after a big day of massaging. Highly recommend Hudson Hair and have a treatment if you can, the head massage and hot towel is so relaxing 😀

The best hair salon I have ever been too. You walk into the salon and get greeted by lovely staff, they provide you with drinks, tea, water and a lovely cheese board. The salon set up is so beautiful, and my hair stylist Suzie is so talented at her work. She always does such a great job and makes my hair look AMAZING. If your looking for a good salon this is the place to go. The stylists here are so talented and great at what they do. And it’s in a good area as well. Definitely give this place a go, worth every penny!!

Had a great first cut, colour and style experience here prior to my holiday to Japan! Got the hair cut /style I didn't even really know I needed as it has made me feel completely refreshed, relaxed and ready to have fun travelling. Have had numerous compliments as it was quite a length change (even father-in-law noticed and approved).

Visited Hudson Hair for the first time this evening and was taken care of by Nicole. She did a colour and cut and knew exactly what I wanted done. She made me feel so comfortable the whole way (their chairs and the head massage helped!) and she was happy to listen to my ideas and make them work with my hair and face shape. I also had gotten a new ear piercing and Nicole was so mindful of it the whole way. I loved the whole experience and Hudson catered to the 5 star service.

I have seen Mimi three times in the past at Jakadjari and been very impressed. Now Mimi is on leave I booked with Lucy and she was equally impressive. Both just lovely people and so talented at what they do. Interpreted what I wanted so well. All other staff members are friendly too. It’s just a great place, you always feel welcome and like it’s a treat.
I have been a client of Kylie’s for 12 years and of Hudson Hair for 2 years. I would follow Kylie anywhere. She has seen me though multiple hair styles and changes and always does the most amazing job. She looks after my whole family and none of us would go anywhere else. She is an exceptional hairdresser but an even better person. She is joyful and treats us like family. Most amazing place I've ever been. They fixed a botched job from another salon where my hair was patchy brown, orange, yellow all during a desperate walk-in appointment they were fully booked but fit me in on the spot because of how bad my hair was, they managed to get it all to one solid colour before making it the most amazing orange colour. It looked like something you would see on a fashion model or on the runway! It cost just as much as the place that ruined my hair in the first place and I was expecting much more! Absolutely amazing.
Beautiful but comfortable salon design and i love the full length mirrors and cement foot rests very nice touch. Had a great hair wash, lovely scalp massage which is always something i look forward to in a hair experience. I was listened to an understood in what i wanted for my cut and had some guidance given to me to maintain my nee fringe for after the visit. Offered a drink which weirdly enough hasnt been offered to me in two previous hair salons. I also didn’t feel pressured to make small talk which was much appreciated as I’m not really a fan, just like to sit and enjoy the experience. Very much plan to go back when ready for my next cut.
THE BEST!!!!!!!! I don't normal enjoy a haircut or really care about the result but Paul was so wonderful i had such an enjoyable time and my hair feels/looks amazing (even had a compliment from my local barista). Paul is a hair wizard and all round lovely human - it was a privilege to spend an hour or so with him. I also got some great tips and looking forward to my next visit. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

ten out of ten,, i saw kasey to get my hair done, one of the kindest, sweetest most genuine and gentle person i have ever met. she’s a creative mastermind and i have never been so happy with my hair in my life!

The best hair salon ever! I don’t know if everyone there is great but I can say that for Mimi. This is the best haircut and hair colour that I ever had in my life.
Before this salon I went to two more expensive and famous ones, thinking that I will get good service but they don’t treat on same way regular customers and new ones .

Best stylists in the hairdressing business !! Tracy and Mia and the rest of the stylists are just absolutely amazing. Aveda is a wonderful product as well. All the Aveda salons are equal in terms of quality service and products. Saved my bad hair days often. Can't wait to come back.

I’ve been getting foils done for at least 5 years now and have loved it every time. My hair always looks great, and Vanise is a kind and attentive person who looks after her clients. I highly recommend this salon :)

I have been going to Savanna Hair Design for 7 yrs. I come once a week for a shampoo and blow dry and hair colour when needed. There has not been a single time when I was not happy. Suzie is amazing and pays real attention to detail. She takes time to make sure I am happy with the outcome. I highly recommend her. She is also very reasonably priced, in my opinion.

Staff were incredibly kind and accommodating after I messed up my appointment time. Sam listened intently to what I was after and treated me like a VIP squeezing me in and staying back (on a Friday evening!) to ensure my hair was perfectly cut and styled. Lux products and an incredible wash and scalp massage by Keeley. Hilarious banter with Rick and the loveliest and kindest lady (can’t remember name sorry) who greeted me and provided refreshments. Such a lovely vibe among staff and clients. My first time here and you absolutely have a loyal customer. Thanks! ❤️
I went to the Eden’s crossing savanna hair salon and I went to get a shadow root stretch and they didn’t do it properly it’s blotchy and they left brown hair die marks on my blonde hair and I called them telling then I was upset about it they said I have to pay to fix it when they messed up. I will not be going back there ever again, worst experience I’ve ever had and they were rude.
Absolutely awesome service every time! And fit me in last minute which was great. I've had different hairdressers there and they're all fabulous. Today's cut and colour was by India and she's super knowledgeable and listens to what you want and gets it spot on.
I was lucky enough to get a last minute appointment and am so grateful and glad I did. My hair looks so much better and I feel amazing. Tracy provided amazing advice on styling and products/tools and made me love my hair again. Can’t wait to come back
Had the best blow dry by Sue. I’ve lived in Coorparoo for over 45years and have seen the salon on my walks. Decided to give it a go and was pleasantly surprised. Sue is very friendly and was trained by Jon Le Court so is very professional. Highly recommended.

I came here to get my hair colored for the first time! I can't recommend New Do or Dean enough. Dean really took the time to listen to what I wanted and delivered just that! Since I hadn't dyed my hair before, I didn't know how well my hair would take to color and when it faded a bit too fast I gave Dean a call and he offered to fix it for free. Really love the atmosphere of the place as it's not too uptight, but really homey and comfortable. I'm excited to go back for whatever I dream up next for my hair!

Absolute worst haircut I have ever had! When I was finally able to take off my mask and see what Suzanne had done, I just cried. Totally unflattering, ugly, and destroyed my shoulder length style. I had to go to another hairdresser and have it cut again into a very short style just to be able to live with it. Now I will have to wait months for it to grow.
Karen and Alison were fantastic in providing a positive experience for our very reluctant 2 year old to have his second haircut. They had great ideas and nothing was too much trouble. Very highly recommend.

The atmosphere and services are always a high standard at this salon externally and internally. I have previously been with both Nikki and Rob on different dates (as I’m very open to my booking and put trust into anyone who takes me on as a client) whether it was for a cut or colour as I get shocking regrowth and very dry ends always leaving them to be creative with the styling. Everyone here is very accomodating to your needs as a client both food, beverage and hair-wise. The end of service I always leave feeling more confident (feeling myself and my hair) and booked in for my next appointment. I immensely recommend the stylists who work here as they cater to a broad range of people and will do your hair the justice it deserves.
Hi, I cannot believe one can have so much pleasure going to the hair salon. I have just had my second visit to Savanna and I have to say Susan (owner) is a lovely, lovely friendly lady. She is beautifully presented, very professional and has many years of experience and it certainly shows in the way she looks after her clients. The salon is spacious, neat and clean and it feels great to sit and enjoy. I had my first visit to New Do this afternoon and I had my hair cut by the fantastic stylist, Dean. I was after a fresh new style, as I had had the same hair cut for far too many years. Dean was fantastic! He spent time getting to know me, and getting to know my hair. I felt like I could trust him to create a new style and cut for me, and I’m so glad I did. I’m really happy with the cut and style, and Dean even spent time with me discussing how best to maintain the style.

Love love my hair. Haircuts and colour have always been on point since the first time I visited Sfumato. Sumaira did an absolutely amazing job on the bayalage and not just that she explains on each and every step of the colouring process which is amazing because client like us have no clue. She gave lots of tips on how to maintain hair colour, moisture ect. I saw alot of bad reviews on hair colour fading and stuff but I think this is partly because customers don't ask questions on how to care for them or how often to wash them and don't heed hairdresser's advise. I'm pretty sure the guys at Sfumato are more than happy to answer questions and give tips to their clients.
