Lucha Libre Taqueria

I was visiting Vancouver for the first time and was craving tacos, my craving was definitely satisfied. This place has delicious tacos! And a large taco flavour variety it was hard to choose which ones to try. They also have amazing margaritas. I would definitely come again.

Wow! Funky place with great vibe. Had 4 tacos: Garbanzo, Chilorio, Suadero and Carnitas and they were all excellent. Then they brought a bonus Pescado taco so I could try that too. Best fish taco ever! Finished off with some delish Churros. Very busy but the service was great. Good value for money too. I’ll be back.

I had my go-to Mexican place, but this joint just topped it....and that's hard to do with me.

I love my Burritos and have them quite frequently.
I'm a huge fan of Mexican food in general, and to have excellent food plus excellent service plus adorable contemporary chic Mexican atmosphere...now that's where this place comes in. It's all that.

The Baked Fish Burrito was wonderful. I had it to go.
When I got home, I realized how much care and attentional to detail they put in not only the packaging, but also the making of the burrito (see pic.) It was fresh, tasty and just done First Class.

You take pride in your business.
You give the reverence to Mexican food it deserves.
You value and appreciate your guests.
That's not only amazing, but rare these days.

I'll be back for dinner and will sit and dine in your beautiful taqueria.

First time here with a party of 8 to celebrate a joint birthday. Food was delicious and our server Sebastian was awesome. We shared the nachos and queso appetizers and then each person ordered a main entree. Portions are generous and flavors are on point. We walked away stuffed. We were also pleasantly surprised by the free birthday churros and birthday song. Will definitely come back for future lunches and after work happy hour.

The store is bit small. But I love the food. It was authentic i really enjoyed.
Staff weren’t friendly i would say. They lied to us that the table is reserved which was not and gave us smaller table which wasn’t much comfortable.
For this one dish i paid $18. The taste was so good

Happened upon Lucha Libre as I was walking around searching for a place that felt right. The restaurant was warm and inviting and I was greeted by friendly staff almost immediately upon stepping through the door. There were many delicious looking items on the menu, but as I am traveling and have no room for leftovers, I settled on two appetizers for my meal. The Sopa De Frijol Tortuga-Negra was outstanding and kept getting tastier with each spoonful. The Gorditas Del Brazo De Oro filled with Chicharron (pork belly) was also quite tasty and very crispy. I enjoyed a hibiscus Agua Fresca, too. Glad to have found this spot.
