My laptop got drowned as water leaked thru my ceiling during current storm. I took my sad laptop to Layne with a faint hope it could be revived but more important my data retrieved from HD.
Laptop was dead but all my data was retrieved, layne gave me a full report incl photos so that I could claim on insurance. His documentation was accepted, without question, and his very fair bill paid.
I feel I received really great service and would comfortably use Layne again, without a doubt!!

Had a broken Mac screen that was repaired very quickly and for a very reasonable price (especially in comparison to some other repair shops across Perth we visited beforehand).
