Cleveland Clinic Akron General Lodi Hospital

I could not recommend Lodi ER and the Lodi Community Care clinic enough. Always on top of their game. Dr. Sheets and NP Trill are great primary care providers, they both treat you like family. I have had to go to the ER for myself and family members several times and they were always very caring and always provided a great service. We should be lucky to have this gem in the area. I could not recommend them more.

My wife was doubled-over in pain. Took her to this ER and they checked us in immediately. (Her blood pressure was 205/100 after multiple checks) And then we sat FOR 90 MIN. We did not see another soul. No follow up on the pain or BP. We finally left to seek help elsewhere, but I doubt they noticed. I hope Cleveland Clinic is proud to provide the same level of care to their own family.

I was recommended to head to an ER after visiting my Primary Care Dr for tests, I was taken in immediately and treated exceptionally well by staff and physician. They even called the following morning to see how I was doing after leaving. Amazing place and I'm thankful I was able to receive the level of care that I did.
The Dr took extra time to make sure I understood what was happening, and also took the time to listen.as well.

From my arrival to departure everyone I came in contact with was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. My nurse was very thorough, knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my questions. My Dr was very professional, friendly and sent me home on the right track. Not to leave anyone out, the officer who greeted me upon arrival (presumably being that I went in very late at night) was very friendly and helpful, as well as the staff member who verified my insurance and contact info. Very pleased with my visit, great group of people!

We are from out of town visiting family and my son needed got hurt and needed stitches and the staff and doctor were all amazing with him throughout the whole process. Had us in and out within a hour and 15 minutes at 5pm on a Thursday! Where I from in Michigan we would have waited hours for the care he got here.

There was no one in the ER today (besides staff) and we waited 1hr and 40mins. Never saw Dr. Brown. Nurses said she was "getting caught up." 😳 I believe a lacerated fingertip requiring stitches should be a priority over computer work. The staff was apologetic. But an ED should have a capable MD.

This is the last place I would go ..I was assigned a nurse practitioner..whom took all myeds away..because she knows better than my doctor...I moved or I would still be in his care..this nurse told me I needed every test there was and if I didn't get the tests done I could not have any refills in meds done with this place...i will contact BBB...I have many written complaints...Charlene nagel is this nurse ...she knows all....don't.take my word.for it go.see her yourself. Never again
