Perfect for a picnic
This is a bizarre hidden gem that you could pass by a million times. A long narrow creek valley walled in by cliffs. Clean and pleasant, quiet and a fair amount of picnic tables for a park of that size. I very much enjoyed walking the creek.
Several covered picnic areas, plus scattered single tables. Restrooms with running water. Several play areas. Creek runs throughout park.
Took my 3yo grandson - he loved all the slides on the new playground.
The park is wonderful. Very peaceful. Great place for a family reunion. Just hoping they re-do the bridge soon.
I've been going here since i was a kid! It is beautiful and quaint little park and it even has a merry go round 😂
Wonderful nature park that feels both open and secluded. A great place to walk the rocks and the river (which is normally low but can overflow in extended heavy rains).
