I haven't had a 1-star review since five years ago.
Poor communication skills. There is no line where to stop when you inside the parking lot. He really want you to turn off your engine as soon as possible. I follow his instructions, and after coming out of my 2020RX(Lexus), I open the trunk. You have some upper pipes that hit my trunk. I prefer spending more money to face this experience again. Stay for two nights (July3 - July5)
No phone to call them to move your call forward when change of plans. They remaining you to call if change of plan however, they don't have a phone

This was honestly the worst experience I have had in any establishment. I ended up having to almost get in a fist to cuffs with two of the rudest men I have ever come across. They called us liars, screamed obscenities at us after we dared to become inquisitive about why our car was taking three hours to bring out as they made us sit outside in the heat. The in and out lanes were completely blocked violating code. When we finally got our car, the man started yelling saying he had to move 65 cars to get ours. Maximum capacity is 53 cars. Reported to NYC commission and corporation. Keep reporting this place if you ever hope to see change.

Horrible staff. Rude and aggressive. Very long wait time on pick up. They don’t care and also call you a liar or argue if you have any issue. Would give 0 stars if I could.

The assistance are incredibly rude. One of them got to my car through a passenger sit and he put his feet on my chairs to get himself on a driver sit.
I parked a spot through an app and arrived 15 min earlier. Without any warning they charged me in the end of the day for this 15 min. But the worst they are extremely rude. They didn’t give me their names. The worst parking spot

The worst parking experience I have EVER had in New York. The staff is downright nasty. I parked my car there on February 28th and left my key chain with 2 key fabs on the chain. The staff took both of the key fabs off my key chain and left the remaining keys in the car. When I paid my bill I was handed 1 key fab and told that the remaining keys were in the car. When I went to the car I found my key chain and the 2nd key fab was missing. I returned to the staff member and he told me that he did not have the key fab. He repeatedly told me that he didn't have it and that I never gave to them. FINALLY, he took me to a key box near where the car was originally parked and opened a metal box and lo and behold my 2nd key fab was there. I received no apology. Just the worst experience I ever had.

Save your time. Save your money. If you have any respect for yourself or your car. The area is dangerously tight for a big car. And the service? It’s actually hard to treat people as poorly as this garage does. Attitude with every single interaction regardless of how polite you are. I don’t park here everyday, but today, the attendant just told me to go a different lot and when I asked why he explained it was because he was too busy. This sucks. Would leave zero stars if I could.

Avoid this for your good. Rude, aggressive and with a huge lack of respect. I’ve got a reservation and the man who received the car was yelling at me the entire time, rushing me and misbehaving with other customers as well. When I picked up the car another man was there with the same acting like we weren’t not paying for this service.
