Piezzetta Pizza Kitchen

This place was good. They were not very friendly but the pizza was good. They are downstairs at the horseshoe. I would recommend this place.

The restaurant condiment area was in shambles, napkins all over the floor.
A cashier and assistants that had no clue who ordered what. No sense of urgency and the pizza toppings had been sitting out for quite a long time. Served meatballs with unmelted cheese! Customer Service at its finest! Not to mention the pizzaretta fries, garbage.

My wife and I were pretty much forced to eat here because it was the only place open in horseshoe casino.. I ordered six wings they charged me for 12 and when I said something about it they had an attitude.. then when I asked for extra blue cheese they charged me 53 cents extra for each cup.. and then when I asked for a bag so I can take my leftover food with me are you charged five cents per bag.. the chicken alfredo was very good.. the wings are very tough and very skimpy and definitely not worth it... the customer service is horrible

I've been inside and ordered through doordash. I love the casino and the atmosphere near the kitchen. My recent order was 5 minutes ago through doordash. I missed something so I called and they were very nice and accommodating. Food is great!

Ended up here after there was nothing else open to eat inside the Horseshoe. Staff was attentive, and the portion I got for the meatballs and ricotta with pasta was MASSIVE! Food is run of the mill, nothing special but it definitely isn’t bad at all.

I will first say that the pizza here is delicious! That being said, the employees are absolutely awful. There is nothing worse than having an enjoyable evening at the casino then heading over to grab a bite to eat and being "greeted" by miserable staff. I asked for the supreme pizza minus the olives. I was told I wasn't allowed to not have the olives. I blankly stared at the employee and then asked for a pizza with everything the supreme pizza has for it's ingredients minus the olives. I was promptly told no and turned away. I was legit refused service because I didn't want olives on my pizza. I even suggested she make the pizza and when it came time to sprinkling the olives on the pizza to just sprinkle the olives in the trash. I was completely ignored. To boot, while leaving with no pizza, another customer told me she was denied extra sauce on the side of her pizza even tho she said she would pay the extra charge. These employees are costing the restaurant money for no other reason than ignorance.

The pizza is ok. It's thin crust and made quickly but it's not off the walls amazing. I was slightly disappointed actually.
