Rockfish Seafood Grill

Ordered food for delivery. When it arrived, the Cajun Pasta had no sauce on it, 4 Huge pieces of onion that were basically raw, and 4 tiny little pieces of chicken. Upon calling the restaurant, spoke to someone claiming to be the manager. Asked for a refund of the inedible meal, they refused to refund and told us to take it up with Uber. Horrible customer service. We won't order here again.

My mom, sisters, and I came to this restaurant on May 23rd thinking that they were having a shellfish celebration. We came, ordered, ate & once we were done eating we noticed that the bill was not what we thought we were paying for. We asked our waiter about the prices and she went to get a manager. The first manager that came out named SARAH was very condescending. she did not apologize nor try to accommodate. she just repeated herself like we couldn’t hear. “Yeaaa we cancelled that one, we sent out emails and flyers to everyone” mind you we come here a LOT so of course we have them on Facebook, Instagram, and email. We never received anything about cancellations. We asked for another manager & his name was ANDRE. He also did not care to accommodate us nor even apologized for the inconvenience. He was very unfriendly, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. So to speak, the flyers were false advertisement and inaccurate on their part and we had to still pay , which was not an issue it was the principle .Don’t make flyers , set them in the front for people to grab and tell people the DAY OF that we sent out emails and text messages. It was unprofessional & I felt that we should’ve been at least accommodated.

We were celebrating a 90th birthday party with a party of 22 people. The restaurant was very accommodating with seating and putting us at a long table. My husband had the seafood platter and it was extremely good. I had the cajun redfish with the sauce on the side because I like to control the spice. We also got a flight of margaritas. We enjoyed the food and the service was good and the food actually came out faster than expected for such a large party

Food was very good and from what I heard at the table the Hurricanes where hitting. T was a good waiter, very attentive to both our tables.

Great customer service. Even greater food. James recommended the boil and is by far the best boil I have had in houston area. Ordered crab and shrimp with their signature all in seasoning. 10/10 highly recommend.

To top it off had their fried bread pudding. So good forgot to take a picture.

So disappointed! My family and I enjoy eating at Rockfish about once a month. The service is usually so good, we tip double our meal total. The staff is just excellent!

Not yesterday.

We went to celebrate our daughter's birthday and we had to constantly ask other wait staff to help us. No drink refills, missing silverware, missing condiments, and side dish replacement was wrong.

Maybe it's time to find another seafood restaurant.
