Elysian at The Palms

I went in today for a tour and I got Kiara! Not only was she friendly she showed me everything that these apartments offer you as a resident. I’m huge in customer service and she was 10/10! She didn’t rush at all and she explained everything in full details. So I recommend anyone who is looking at these apartments and would like a tour, see Kiara!

We absolutely loved living there for a year. The building's staff (Kiara, Haley and Ivy) were incredible and promptly addressed any small issues we encountered. Alejandro from maintenance was very quick and diligent in resolving maintenance problems. We truly enjoyed our time at Elysian at The Palms. Highly recommended!

I moved here on 8/19, since then (today is 8/29) I have had a leaking AC unit and have been nonstop cleaning puddles in my bathroom. The first day the dirty AC water got on my designer clothes! It has been 10 days and still no resolution. The property manager, Haley, has been extremely unprofessional. She tried to make it seem as if she is doing me a favor by not charging me a "transfer fee" to relocate to a new unit. I've received better service at motel 6 than this place. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!

I just moved in a month ago and the property is amazing. Haley, Kiara and Ivy have been great! They are the best management team! Eric, Jorge and Alex keep this property looking great! I love it here and would recommend to anyone!

Living here so far has been great, I moved from out of state and the team here went above and beyond to ensure my moving process was smooth. It honestly couldn't have been any better! I love living at this property, the apartments are nice and new and the location is great! Every staff member I've met has been lovely as well, from leasing to management to security to maintenance. The amenities are awesome too

I’ve been a tenant here for two years since it opened. Haley has always been helpful and very responsive when it came time to Renew my lease, or with any other questions or concerns I’ve had. Ever since she took over everything has just ran a lot smoother, and the energy is lighter and friendlier. The Maintenance guys here, Alex and George are amazing, work hard, and so helpful at all times. If you’re a good tenant who pays their rent on time, and treats everyone nicely who works really here, shouldn’t be issues. I just renewed my lease last month because I feel comfortable with Haley, and the other leasing agent, Kiara.

I've had a great living experience here. The property is awesome and you can't beat the location.
The manager, Hailey, is polite, kind and always professional. My maintenance request are always completed in a timely manner and and the building is clean.
I would recommend this place to anyone!!
