First, they missed half out order after a particularly unfriendly experience at the counter. Then, they made us wait a ridiculous amount of time. But worst of all, they brought non-vegab aioli with our vegan burger. Thankfully we asked but, seriously, that's not okay. Hope you upgrade your staff soon.

Food was fine/average but hardly worth the ridiculous price tag!

Bacon backfire was fantastic! Not overcooked so nice and juicy.

American Muscle Single was great but I wish I'd had asked for no pickles 🥒 😢

Good food with lots of fresh flavors and fun. Loved the colors and the theme of the place. If you want fresh for price this is the place to go.

Burgers were tasty
Chips were amazing and generous amount of aoli.
Staff were friendly and very enthusiastic.
Good energy the were very professional.

Good food and all, i get its busy on saturday night but when i order a burger for $18.90 i expect it to be built properly and not a mess and all sloppy when i open it up.

Having worked there for a bit in the past i know the expectations they live up to but come on burgerfuel.

Went in for a Bacon Backfire and was not disappointed.

Love this burger (or chicken sandwich to placate the burger purists lol) and the fact that it taste the same and is the same quality no matter where you go is a plus.

Lovely young girl taking my order who was polite and smiling (something that's b coming rare at service places these days). Wasn't rude, dismissive or pushy. Will definitely be returning. Kinda want another one now. 😜

Seriously the very best kūmara fries that I have ever had! Shared this and fried chicken with my partner as we just wanted a light meal; this was filling, quick and delicious.
