Great company. Redid our liner on old pool. Very happy, good pricing and service for ongoing maintenance and chemicals too.

Been a customer for over 10 yrs. Only ever had one issue, with a winter cover and it was replaced at no charge. Always friendly and willing to answer questions, especially during the early days of owning a pool.

Has been our go to pool company since we opened the pool when I was a little girl , the summer that just passed was my first time opening the pool , it wasn’t going right and so I brought in a bottle of the water and they directed me right away to what the pool needed within less than 5 minutes . My father unfortunately passed away and was the one who always took care of the pool , the Jackson’s stepped up right away and offered their hand if we ever needed them . Just had them install new coping and liner. They also fixed two leaks in our lines. What an amazing crew from beginning to end! Would highly recommend.

Used this company to close our pool last year. Well, they screwed it up. We opened the pool yesterday and it is full of algae, completely discolored and disgusting. Our pool contractor looked at it and was convinced it was due to bad closure and lack of certain chemicals they had to add before closure. Now we are facing long days of water filtration and physically demanding manual cleaning. Do you want to go through the same? Then by all means hire Jackson Pools as your pool guys. The best thing they can do is to offer free treatment of my pool to fix their mess. But I am not holding my breath.
