They are very cooperative and assisted me to know my rights and liabilities when renting a flat in Dubai. They did all utilities' registration on my behalf which was a quite a nice help. I recommend them as a reliable and trustworthy real estate agency

Probably one of the worst agents and agency. Rude behavior and unprofessional attitude. They made me leave my office for a viewing saying that everything is arranged, made me wait for 40 minutes, kept on saying owner is coming with keys and then finally said: tenant is not allowing viewing. If you are going for an interview, I would suggest not to go as their behavior is worst & they won't cooperate with you in any way!
Extremely unprofessional staff.

One of the worst real estate agents ever. Super rude and unprofessional. They dont answer their phone calls nor call you back. I waited for hours to get the location of a villa and in the end, they stopped answering or calling me back! They didnt even have the decency to call me back later to apologize!

After posting this two days ago, they just called me asked me if this is Jamila i said yes, they said remove the review. Not even considering to apologize just simple they said remove the post !!! Im just shocked at how irresponsible and only caring about their reputation online but not their clients.
