It was delicious! But there was too much MSG. After eating the pizza, I drank three cans of Coke and a bottle of water. It was just a bit of a waste of drinks.

I've been a fan of their pizza for years. I've always ordered the pizza with a 50/50 mix of regular and hot sauce. Yesterday, with my usual order they decided to just charge me as though I had ordered extra sauce. I was explicit, "not extra sauce, just a mix". I always order EXTRA Peperoni as well, so i know what extra is.
The sauce mix has never been an "extra", as it's just a mix of the two choices they have. The waitress understood the order. Apparently it's a "new policy" to just charge for the sauce mix as an "extra". I guess that explains why the pizza was a soggy mess with too much sauce. Nothing was said when i was ordering. I find this out at the bill. I hate to be a Kranky Karen, but the upcharge was just ridiculous. Mentioning this to the waitress, she just cited "new policy following instruction from the owner sine last week". Well Mr.Owner, you've just earned yourself a 1 star review. And you've lost yourself a dedicated customer.

A dozen years ago your pizza was thick with peperoni. After years of thinning that out I had to start ordering it with "extra peperoni". Not really a problem... but honestly half the time it's really not worth the "extra" and it seems like your kitchen staff just throw in a few extra slices. This was just the last straw. Restaurants are hurting, and it's always the fault of greedy owner policies. I didn't order extra sauce... just a mix of the two you offer.

Como Pizzeria is a throwback to the way all restaurants should be. It's a very old school and has a weird charm to it. The pizza is some of the best I've had in the city. If you like old school thick crust, greasy pizza, You should definitely check it out. Service was excellent. Served by old ladies that have probably been there for 50 years. I go to a lot of restaurants and I rarely get my water refilled and a check up to see if everything's all right and they pass the test in spades.

If you're looking for an old school diner type atmosphere with some of the best pizza the city has to offer, check it out It's a gem.

Everyone knows that Como Pizza is the best pizza on the south-shore, now they also dish out the best vegan pizza. Can’t wait to order again.

Definitely THE pizza place to go to on the south shore! You can call a cheat day for just this once and you’ll get to enjoy their delicious pizza and pasta! Food is definitely on the oily side, but the taste is heavenly! Make sure to try their Como style recipes (Como style pizza and como style spaghetti)!

We were in the south shore and decided to pickup a large Spécial Como pizza. We heard a lot of positive reviews from friends and Como didn’t disappoint. Pizza was ready on time and was loaded with cheese and toppings. Delicious. I prefer a more thin crust but this can easily sway me to go thicker ;)
