The St. Regis Florence

I arrived from Pietrasanta and had 3 hours in Florence before my flight when I stumble across this special hotel. Hungry, tired (and not dressed for the ocassion). I went in with the hope of lunch around 4pm.
I was welcomed immediately and taken to the stunning dining area. I must say the experience was such warm-hearted. The food exquisitely tasty, all the employees seemed so happy doing their job! They treated me like a queen, so much care and thoughtfulness. It makes me feel hopeful for the evolution of humanity! Thanks again team x

The service from the St Regis Florence is impeccable, this resort goes in my top five hotels I have ever stayed at in the world! If you've been to the Burj Al Arab, this hotel is on the same level of luxury. From entrance to exit, you are pampered and treated with the highest degree of respect and service. My mother and I stayed at this lovely hotel together at the beginning of my five month study abroad in Florence. Restaurant Manager Valeria and Sommelier Eduardo made each of our meals a luxury experience and were so kind at every interaction. You feel spoiled like royalty with the wonderful butler service and delivered complimentary coffees in the morning (I do believe my mothers high status with Marriott contributed a bit!). The wonderful experience even extended beyond our stay. As a student, I visited several times for their efficient wifi and afternoon tea, each time being treated well despite my young age! The best service however was from Concierge Lorenzo who assisted me with FedEx packages, restaurant recommendations and reservations and more. His five star service went above and beyond! He assisted me with Italian FedEx (my Italian was certainly not sufficient) when a package was stuck at customs, without his help I would not have known what had went array and would have been unable to fix it. Lorenzo and other staff became like friends and truly made my entire time in Florence a better experience. I returned for a stay without my mother for my 22 birthday and two year anniversary with my boyfriend. The hotel had arranged the most beautiful room, champagne, and sweet treats. In addition, the room had a birthday card and lovely glitter which spelled "Happy 22nd Birthday Keri" on the king bed. It was without a doubt my best birthday yet and I owe it all to Lorenzo and the other amazing team members who made it special. My mother and I have even decided to abandon other travel plans to return to Italy specifically for this one hotel and the wonderful employees who work there. We are so appreciative to the St Regis Florence and their incredible team and cannot wait to return.

We stayed 3 nights here. From the very first moment you walked in, they made you feel welcomed and your needs met; and arriving feeling very tired from the travel, it was very comforting.
The room quality is high. Service is impeccable. And its location is easy walking distance to all the main attractions.
We will definitely come here again when we return to Florence!!

Great location near all of the action. It’s on the river which allows you to easily walk to the numerous cathedrals, museums and restaurants.

Service here is what you’d expect from a St Regis. The staff is very friendly, speaks English well, and is always looking for ways to be helpful.

We left some jewelry in the room after our departure and they were helpful in finding and and helping us get it back at our next hotel.

The rooms feel like you are staying at a palace. Very luxurious feeling.

Overall a great stay.

Room and service were absolutely amazing. We had a view of the river and couldn’t be more pleased. Aldo and Marcello were very attentive and made our stay quite exceptional. I’m not sure what someone else that wrote a bad review about the breakfast was expecting but my wife and I were very pleased. They have a chef that will prepare whatever you want and it’s included for free along with an extraordinary buffet with any accompaniments that one could ask for. Not sure if they were expecting someone to shower the floor with rose petals and roll out the red carpet with sparklers for their entrance but I was more than satisfied and so was everyone else. I even saw multiple people staying at other hotels pay for that breakfast. May be on the pricier side but well worth it.

Absolutely stunning service, comfort, and experience. Exceptional. Staying here for our honeymoon and we are blown away! Picture of our room attached. Location is perfect right in city center on the Arno River. Also an excellent butler team that is always on call (best part of the experience), and a great restaurant which had very nice cocktails and dessert.

My husband and I stayed in the St. Regis, Florence for 2 nights during our wedding. It was exceptional. From the concierge service, to the room service and the room itself - we had a magnificent stay. My bridesmaids and I got ready for the wedding in the hotel and the room could not have been more perfect. We had 7 gals over, plus 2 makeup artists and 2 photographers, and there was plenty of room. The room photographed beautifully, as well. My butler, Elena, was absolutely perfect and helped make the wedding prep run smoothly as well. Thank you, St. Regis!
