The nicest hotel in Rome. From the second you are greeted and during your entire stay, you feel important and taken care of. From the concierge, to the housekeeping and the restaurant staff, an incredible experience to kick off our Italy trip. Set the bar high. Housekeeping was on top of everything with the smallest touches you would not expect, but were attended to. Concierge being accommodating and polite for all needs. Davide at the restaurant holding the upmost professionalism and care of his staff. All around one of the most amazing hotels we have stayed at. Nothing but high regards. Amazing location too!
Having now stayed twice at this hotel, I can only praise the outstanding customer service from Luca on Reception. The rooms & breakfast are great and the location is hard to beat. Thank you for my stay, I highly recommend staying here when in Milan.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, avoid at all costs. We booked 6 rooms here for couple of days. The rooms Dont have a proper working ac. It’s super hot outside and the ac does not work. It’s been 8 hrs since we checked in and temperature is still the same. Not worth giving them your money. Stay at a better place with legitimate ratings. Bathrooms are also not the best condition. It’s a true 1 * hotel. No way near 4* as they claim it. Think before staying here.

This hotel doesn’t really seems 4Star Hotel❗️it looks like and service like 2star Hotel. Not very welcoming check in, not that much information at the check in time. Staff is not the professional.❗️

Cleaning is ok, not super nice. Room service cost extra 10 Euro, no iron in the room, magnifying glass is missing in the toilet. 🔻

Room that is use for do ironing cloths doesn’t works nice, ask for the help to the staff, it was seems staff doesn’t really care to guest, but it was annoying to asking to help few times with the same issue. ⚠️

No tee and coffee available in the room, but they do only have hot water available in the lobby, doesn’t really understand why is that for. ❓

Dining experience in the restaurant is not good, very loud party music at 21:00 even when it has full guest of diners, but the food was good, as well as very loud party rock and roll music in the morning 08:30 in the lobby and reception area, which is very wired! ‼️

Very poor management ❗️❗️
Definitely will not comeback⛔️ and not recommended. ❌
Location was good however the bed wasn't comfortable and I don't feel I got the value for the money I paid for the big suit

Fine for the money but WOW our room was boiling hot and we only had a thick blanket, there was no sheet to use instead, or a fan. There was a thermostat but the numbers were completely worn away so we could only guess. So we didn't sleep well, but the staff was very nice and there are some fun amenities.

We stayed for 5 nights in the cheapest room, and it was great! Honestly much better than we expected.
It was a pain to find it using the metro, but its super easy to travel through a train, which is right behind the hotel.
The hotel is pretty much in a quiet area, which makes it better to sleep in than in a busy centre.
The service was great, they spoke english well and were very helpful and kind.
At first we thought they changed our rooms, because it was too good, but nope its just this good for a great price!!
The AC was great, there were too few tv channels, but we were satisfied with italian cartoons.
Btw! There is also a mini fridge in the room, and for the first two days, we received two bottles of cold water when we came to the room- which was great.
We also got clean towels and clean room each day, even tho they could've swept the room a little more.
We also received soap each day, and it was overall a great experience.
It is super easy to travel in and out, but be careful!! Train to Cadorna usually departs from track (binario) 3!! it always shows up on bin 2, but ends up being bin 3! We missed our trains a few times like this.
The atmosphere was great, and we were more than satisfied with our stay. If I ever visit Milano again, I will definitely look for Hotel Da Vinci again.
The hotel is centrally located and a short 10-15 minute walk to most attractions or there is a bus stop right out the front of the hotel. Staff were all very friendly and always made you feel welcome. Really enjoyed the rooftop terrace and meeting and chatting with other travelers. Breakfast was tasty with a very good selection and one of the best offered on our trip.

:D Rooms are MASSIVE; you can literally play football in your room if you get bored. Train station is just outside the parking gate. Super quiet and peaceful location. Easy to get to town centre by train or car. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was half decent. Staff were friendly.

:( I reckon management should pay more attention or oversee their cleaners’ performance a little more. Hotel was renovated but wasn't looked after that well. Bathrooms weren't clean up to 4-star hotel standards.
What a beautiful location lovely rooms , just perfect for a busy holiday . The staff are so kind , especially Luca at the reception .
Very very happy with our stay
The room was large, clean and very comfortable. We missed breakfast because it started at 7:30 and we had to leave at 7, but they provided a bag of water, cookies and toast. The coffee in the room was undrinkable. I took a star off for the filthy carpet in all the hallways, super gross. Staff was very kind and helpful.
We were on our Dolomites-Trips through Italy on motorbikes, when rain started we were totally wet. The staff in the hotel were so nice to us, provided us with a warm place to dry ourselves, and let us charge our energy and phones. Also we had dinner here, its was amazing. Lot of thanks to Claudio and Fabiana, two receptionists!!!!

I reached out to Max to discuss arranging a private tour to see all of Rome in 1 day. Max was spectacular. Max arranged an amazing tour with 2 beautiful Mercedes Vans for our group. We managed to see all of the most important sights in a single day. Our group went right to the front of every line and our guide was informative, personable and efficient. I highly recommend Max, the DeRussie Hotel and Staff. Michael Isaacs
The hotel is good. Rooms are very clean and the breakfast is really worth it. The location is 30 minutes walk from the city center which is nice. Unfortunately the shower in the room was not so great.
Room very small, only 3 AC power supply. Shower had very, really very low water pressure, I dont know what was the problem, but you need 3x more time to take shower. It was very annoying.
Location was fine. Metro station 5-8 min away. Tram just around the corner. Central station 15 min walking.
I was very surprised that in bar, there were no non-alcoholic beer or cocktail. This was really strange. So we took just coke and sprite. Breakfast was fine, but there were no vegetables, only salad leafs and on other shelf tomatoes. This was strange.
Cool courtyard zone, in the evening nice atmosphere.
Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The entrance was welcoming, and the air conditioning was excellent. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the room, particularly the bathroom which featured a spacious double shower. The bed was comfy, and massive tv was greatly appreciated. The coffee machine and water was a lovely touch. I will be returning if I’m back in Milan!
Had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel.
The service from the staff was exemplary. There was a warm welcome at check-in from Elodie and Veronica. Everyone was friendly and available for advice on places to visit during our stay. Our flight home was an evening one, so when checking out Sebastiano organised a taxi to pick us up from the hotel later that day for our flight and stored our luggage for us in the meantime. The gentleman on the desk that afternoon (unfortunately we didn't get his name) was also keen to check if there was anything else we needed before we headed to the airport.
We were in Rome during a hot weather alert, and the quiet, cool, comfortable room was a delight after a day of sightseeing. The room was air conditioned and remarkably quiet, considering it is a city centre hotel in such a great location, and the buffet at breakfast is extensive and delicious. We'll happily return to this hotel.

Great little hotel for a week. The staff was friendly and professional. The room were clean, and well equipped. The calm view from the terrace was a pleasant surprise.
Coffee was perfect, but the breakfast could be include more vegetables.
We had a pleasant stay. Bus stop was very near and the breakfast was very good. The room was clean and staffs were friendly. I would surely book the same place next time.😊
Great location, 5min walk to Pantheon with plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. The room and hotel was very clean (the rooms got cleaned and made up every day).

The hotel is a bit dated, but still very comfortable. The staff are great, especially Sebastiano who was so helpful and friendly. His restaurant recommendations were also spot on.

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time.

I had an opportunity to stay here mid July; great location and the most important item is that the air conditioning worked well. Rooms were clean, safe, secure, breakfast was typical of Europe, but what I appreciated was the selection of fruits and foods that appeared to be minimally chemically processed like in USA. The only concern I had was the price-point, slightly elevated for a single person, single room BUT, in a single bed, it wasn't a queen size or double. I suspect this is common for many locations in Italy but that was my initial surprise upon opening up the door. Still, front staff were friendly, approachable and overall, a good, tourist-class hotel. Thank you Hotel Fenice. Ron

The water pipe system made a really loud sound at night so that disturbed our sleep every night and the bedsheets/room had a strange damp smell. Sadly the windows didn’t open so we couldn’t do much to ventilate the place. The good thing was that the receptionists were nice and friendly and the metro isn’t too far.
Excellent location in Rome for seeing the sights. It is an older building, nothing fancy but the rooms were clean and the bathroom was modern. Room had wood floors. Reception was very helpful. Breakfast is included. Would stay again.

Only the location is good,
Don't book from the location only,
The room is very very small ,even if you cannot open 2 bags in a single room.

The reception guy's behaviour is very rude.

You have to ask everything in the room not standard items available in the room.

Horrible hotel... Horrible hotel
We stayed for one night and for the price, we were happy with our experience. We did pay for breakfast as well and it was your typical European spread. Our check-in was smooth and check-out was efficient considering how busy they were all morning (we saw the line when we went for breakfast and when we were leaving our luggage after check-out to go exploring). The ladies were all quite friendly!

The room was clean, cool and had ample space and amenities. It also had the most spacious shower we encountered during our 2 week holiday in Europe so that was a huge plus.

It was about a 10 minute walk from the metro stop and you do have to walk 15+ minutes to get to nearby restaurants.

Overall, I would stay here again if I were visiting. Thank you for a good experience!

We visited for aperitivo in the courtyard, and it is such a tranquil and calm retreat from the heat and energy of the city right outside its doors. Our drinks were fantastic, and fairly priced for the setting. We had our 1yo baby with us and felt very welcomed by the staff.
Nice little hotel. For a city break!

Staff very welcoming..

The location was a bit far off from the center but plenty of Metro station nearby!

Definitely recommend the train ride to the lakes!!
A very good hotel in a great location. Excellent breakfast.

A client was staying at the hotel before their wedding day and the staff all went above and beyond to help make everything run smoothly. Nothing was too big an ask and we fully appreciated the attention to detail, help and support they gave us. A special thank you to Leonardo and Monica who were especially fantastic! Thank you so much again to everyone, the service was outstanding.
5+ since we had great vacations. Hotel is on good location, has very nice, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent food (breakfast and 3 options for dinner) and pleasant stuff.
I stayed at the Hotel della Torre Argentina for two nights in July 2023. It was a great deal for the location and price. The room itself was quite small but had everything that I needed, and was air conditioned. The continental breakfast was good and offered choices. One of the nicest surprises was the rooftop terrace with incredible views of Rome, including a view of the dome of the Pantheon (which was a treat, given that I am an art historian!). The staff were very friendly and speak multiple languages. There were even drinks that you could help yourself to on the honor system. The location is great, because it is right next to the Torre della Argentina, where you can catch buses and trolleys to various parts of Rome, and it's within easy walking distance of major sites such as the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Roman Forum, etc.

Nice & comfy. We stayed in the top floor suite which had great views of the hills. A definite miss was the missing kettle. (I thought that’s a standard appliance you get in all hotel rooms)

Location is a little off from the city centre but not too bad. (5 mins bus + 15 mins metro)

Overall enjoyed our stay.
This hotel is not consider a 4 star , My Boss have book around 150 rooms here and mostly the air-condition of the rooms are broke. The staff name GUSTAVO from the front desk is very rude. Giving us a hard time and very racist. He demand our guest to step outside from the lobby because we are very noise in lobby. And GUSTAVO kept on scolding us when we loading our guest on the bus outside of the hotel. Gustavo the front desk is very rude and unreasonable. Overall experience is very bad.
Never again going back to this hotel .
Aircon is not working
The guys in the front desk especially gustavo is very very rude

It’s seems like an luxury 4 stars hotel but it should be only 2 starts hotel. Really. 4 stars hotels have at least some porcelains cups not plastic cups like this hotel. Room was dirthy. Every wall of the room had many stains. Even the ceiling. On the floor dast. Dead bugs and insects on the windowsill. The bathroom was supposed to have a bathtub, but there was only a shower. Which wouldn't be a problem. if there was no rot and mold. Never ever this hotel. Thanks!
Excellent location, easy to find and only one metro stop from the main train station. Rooms were small but perfectly functional with the usual collection of toiletries. A comfortable mattress that wasn't too hard. Breakfast was €12 with plenty of options from scrambled eggs to pain au chocolate.

Friendly and efficient check in.

Social areas are large and well catered.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan from tourists to business trips.
Hotel is in great location all main attractions within walking distance. Rooms nice and clean, buffet breakfast is one of the best we have ever had great selection. Staff were all amazing, very helpful and wanted to ensure everybody had a great experience. The hotel has a rooftop with seating and a honesty bar which was great to us to relax
Possibly the hottest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The air conditioning did not work and I've never had such a sweltering night.

Room was small and bed was hard.

Also one of the busiest hotels I've ever been to. Takes ages to checkin/collect stored bags and while the staff were friendly they seem quite overwhelmed.

Only a 10 Min walk from the central station and there's a large lobby area to chill in if you have time to kill on a travel day, like we did.

I'd only book this place if you're in Milan overnight and need somewhere cheapish to stay close to the station.
I stayed at the world hotel for four nights during my Milan vacation, and the experience was not pleasant.
After three hours of waiting to be allocated my room, the check-in staff was extremely unprofessional and failed to send my luggage to my room, despite my repeated requests.
When I enter my room, I find two half-empty bottles of water in the mini-fridge from the previous guests, which makes me question whether or not they changed our linens.
Second, there is the spa. With a masseuse who was quite inexperienced, I did not receive a treatment that matched its aesthetic appeal. Not recommending receiving treatment there...
On my last two evenings, I was surprised to discover that they had begun construction on the property without informing us beforehand.
Finally, on my final night, at 2 a.m. We were unable to sleep because the visitors in the room next to us conversed in a very loud voice, which could be heard in our room while we were in bed. When I knocked on their door, the visitors decided to yell "Shut up". The reception was not helpful.
The hotel appears pleasant and nice, but the atmosphere was anything but.
Nice place, beautiful setting with mountain views. Clean rooms. Good stop!

The room was big and great bathroom/shower pressure and room service food quality was pretty decent. The room itself may have been quite dusty since my partner couldn’t stop sneezing during our stay. The wifi was awful which made it difficult for us to map out the day and the location of the hotel is a little outside central Milan so you always have to take and extra train/subway to get to where you need to go. It’s mostly deserted at nighttime so we always had to ensure we were back before it got too late.
Really good hotel. It is outside the city, at 5 minutes by car, but this was really nice because the view was great. Big parking, modern rooms, nice selection of breakfast food, friendly staff.
The food at the breakfast is really good and plenty. Plus a lot to chose for a breakfast. The garden location is awesome. The room with big balcony on the back view is small but nice and decent. Great experience overall to sit and relax.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel and enjoyed it very much! The location is super nice, clean rooms, friendly staff and good food! We would like to thank our waiters Marco and Angelo for their kindness, super helpful and friendly service. They went above and beyond to make sure we’re enjoying our stay. I highly recommend this hotel
Rooms are clean and comfortable. I really hate that I cannot open the window. Waiting for elevator in a challenge on its own. Close to metro station. However last stop. If you want to eat healthy food you should not eat breakfast here. Many sweets choices, but less vegies. Staff friendly and attentive.
Came for aperitivo in beautiful garden bar. 25 minutes and no drink so had to leave. Next day breakfast excellent.
The photos on their website show half the picture. The shower had grime bordering on mold. There was stray hair in the bidet when we checked in. The sink and faucets where not clean. Windows were not clean. The location is not great. The walk from the metro stop was short, but not very well lit and I would not walk it alone at night. The property is completely gated, which doesn’t appear in the photos and raised some additional safety concerns regarding the neighborhood (though the hotel itself felt safe). The only restaurants within walking distance are fast-casual types in the mall. Not four stars at all. Definitely not good for tourists except for the proximity to the metro.
Very clean room but the mattress is really uncomfortable. Somehow the lady at the breakfast rarely greeted us when we said good morning to her. Not sure what we did to her to get this kind of treatment.

I had my wedding here. We had a disagreement over a few aspects related to service and missing items. Like my WEDDING CAKE. It was the wrong flavor. I asked for a chocolate cake and received vanilla. The Russie said they put chocolate chips in the icing and somehow that made it a chocolate cake. Bizarre.

The cake wasn't brought out until an hour before the wedding was over, despite having asked for it on three different occasions. I have no pictures of the cake in normal lighting because we had the wedding outside. If they had brought it out earlier, like I requested, we could have had pretty pictures of the cake.

This event probably would have gone smoother had the Russie event coordinator I had worked with for several months had not attended "company training" the day of my wedding. I was not informed of this until a week prior to the wedding.

After several emails and in-person discussions, they refunded a portion of the payment to address one issue, however failed to 100% address all issues and are now ignoring me via email. They insisted they had served the coffee and treats despite the fact that I literally have a video of the entire wedding. The person paying for the wedding, me, didn't get any and wasn't ever offered any. I have notes from several guests who attended the wedding that didn't receive them, I provided those notes to the hotel, and they STILL argued with me.

An apology from the lying Maitre D' would have gone a long way. He was fabricating stories about conversations he and I never had.

They also will not let you do traditional wedding things like dancing, playing regular music, sparklers, confetti, a multitude of other things, and they don't inform you of this until after the deposit is payed. Convenient. Their favorite word is "No."

My advise to the hotel: Don't host weddings if you don't want to host them.

It's a pretty hotel, but I think it really comes down to honesty and service at the end of the day and they failed in that department.

*** Reply to manager response

My father was not paying for the wedding. I was told at the very begenning of the conversations, that no family members were to be involved. Why would my guest (father or not) be allowed to provide any direction at all about how funds were spent at the wedding? My father also doesn't drink. So, maybe work on lying better.

We had 0 conversation about the cake issues other than "bring out the cake" which was asked on three separate occasions. I maintain that coffee and petit fours were never ever served on any occasion during the reception. It was only after guests departed that we had an in-depth conversation regarding the cake which occurred near the glass cases.

Additionally, I asked for a chocolate cake. I will absolutely post the emails on here.

It doesn't matter what my other layer was. Its very very common to have different flavors on different layers. One does not eat both layers simultaneously. What an odd thing to say. In any case, your opinion of "lemon doesn't go well with chocolate" is irrelevant.

Thanks for responding months later instead of addressing this immediately. Another great example of stellar customer service. You can amend your reviews and address your service issues with me or you can also expect additional comments and reviews about your BLANTANT lying from my other family members father, mother, sister, groom who ALL witnessed these conversations since you have decided to bring them into the conversation.
I recently visited Jardin de Russie with some friends for an aperitivo experience, and I have to say it was outstanding! The ambience of the place was stunning and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great cocktails and a top-notch experience. Thank you to the entire team for a truly memorable evening!
Rooms are modern, well equipped and insulated from outside sounds well. I had a room on the street side on the 1st floor and could barely hear traffic outside. The bathroom is spacious, modern and in surprisingly good shape compared to most hotels. The one area that was really subpar was the breakfast. A relatively small breakfast room with mediocre quality pastries and bread. The service was terrible though. In trying to be more sustainable you had to order anything besides, bread, pastries and fruit from the kitchen. It took forever to come and take the order. Coffee took up to 10 mins to deliver and the we were offered coffee orders from other tables multiple times on both mornings. Tables were left uncleaned for up to 20 mins despite guests arriving and not finding clean tables. Really poor experience for a hotel of this price range. I'd recommend skipping the breakfast and finding another place locally.

Very good location, breakfast simple but enough... Nice and helpful staff, especially Angelo and Marco, also thanks to them we enjoyed our stay...
Barely working WiFi, 1 Mbit/s, they put only 1 water bottle for 2 people staying in the room. Breakfast is poor and no worth 20€ they charge, always mixup everything we ordered, not sure why waiters write down the order if it’s delivered incorrectly. Bathroom ventilator is loud as an aircraft engine. Staff is polite, hotel looks nice, room is clean and pretty.

Towel dryer in the bathroom didn’t work

friendliest hotel staff i’ve ever encountered! they made my stay there so wonderful.
rooms are large and spotless, you get daily refills of toilet paper without asking.
breakfast buffet was great! large variety and good food. everything i tried of the restaurant menu was also delicious. (i highly recommend the bufalina pizza) cocktails at the bar are made with love :)
i will come back here for sure!
Really good value for the location. Rooms are small, noisy as you are central and we’re a little cold for our stay in April. We accepted the noise because the location was so good! Just bring ear plugs. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Bathroom was really nice with a good shower and hair dryer. Would love if they did the rooms up a tiny bit but overall I’d stay there again. Really clean hotel

Very small rooms and bathrooms, some rooms very dark because there is another building very close by, people can look into each other's windows. Breakfast not enough variety. Good location, clean, nice staff at reception, but for this price you should expect better quality.
The hotel is superb and it is 5 minutes away maximum from the metro.

The room was comfortable and always cleaned during my stay.

I didn't post this review without showing my appreciation to the staff of this hotel. They are all friendly and make all the effort to make the clients happy.

highly recommended.
We booked the hotel for 2 nights. Great location for shipping and 30min walk to Il Duomo. The hotel is in a old palazzo, so the rooms are small. As you enter you can see there is inside "garden" and people smoke is it's outside but not really. The smoke travels to the inside of the hotel. We stayed in the 4th floor, as soon as you walk you can smell the smoke. If the windows are open for "fresh air", you get smoky air. We complained to the hotel and there was an improvement. So if you are non smoker it bad. The room did not have the smell.
We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The breakfast was really good. Great service! All made to order instead of the buffet, only bread, sweets, fruit and juice was buffet style.
Having a great experience for breakfast we went back for dinner. I know since COVID many restaurants kept the menu on QR code. It was sent so easy to navigate. Our server was really nice, but lacks of experience, it was over attentive at some point that it felt pushy and other completely gone, when we asked for an explanation of the Manzo doppia cottura, we were given a very different explanation so when we got it was a bit disappointed. The food quality was, OK... I guess we had high expectations. We were too tired and hungry to send it back, since our request were not taken. We requested no scallops and we're served. We could have complained at the time, but our server was too sweet. The list of the dessert were interesting, but didn't have the most attractive choices. The restaurant wasn't full, and now I can see why... Need a lot improvement, but has potential
Very good three star Milan hotel near Porta Venezia metro station. Located in an impressive old building we had a room with 3 very comfortable single beds. It had a large very modern shower and was spotlessly clean. Very nice parquet wood floor.

Very friendly greeting on arrival and from the night duty person when we arrived back from the football at 1:50 in the morning.

Good breakfast including scrambled eggs, bacon and frankfurter style sausages.
Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. They compare thousands of hotel sites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is the best rated in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you choose this place you won't regret it.

Very convenient location, and the hotel has just been through a renovation. The rooms are now more spacious and much brighter. The team at front desk are also very friendly and helpful, booking team are equally as quick and efficient.
Reception and service were really helpful and prompt, breakfast was okay, but the rooms werent cleaned properly. Everything so dusty, really sticky floor, wouldnt walk barefooted, sink and shower clogged, and woken up in the middle of the night because of a group of drunken people that were shouting, fighting and laughing for a long time and staff didn't do anything about it.
Nice staff and tasty food in the bar & restaurant. The view is beautiful and you have direct connection from the ski field. Recommend!
We only stayed one night to take the train in the morning so it was great. They serve breakfast. Just be careful when u go. They don't tell u this but the ac in the room cant be used because of a government mandate
Mediocre in many ways i'm afraid. Small room, overflowing shower, broken hairdryer, and low quality breakfast are theain reasons I believe this to be an overpriced hotel in my opinion.
Honestly, it was clean and rooms are fine
Mattress was not good, It was hard to sleep even we were so tired.
Consider you should walk around 10 or 15 minutes to nearest subway. Bus station is close to hotel.
Staff were fine, don't consider a professional fine but yeah friendly.

Good hotel, incredible guys working at the reception. I really liked the location, it’s a really calm/residential neighborhood, perfect for the weekend. The rooms were good, breakfast is simple but tasty.
Hotel up the hill with great view. Good service as well. Their free breakfast is absolutely outstanding.

We had two rooms; the new one is much more modern and cozy than the old one. Narrow roads to get up to there but that applies to many places near Dolomites.
Perfect location right across the street from the beach with a good parking space and beautiful ocean view. Rich breakfast buffet, really kind staff, good value for money.
Traditional looking hotel. Rooms have been modernised. Looking good, though not great. Beds and breakfast are good. The road is a bit noisy. And staff around breakfast not the friendliest. Shame that even towels that we clearly were going to use again, were replaced.
I would book again though.

Great location 20 min walk to duomo but in an area with some great small restaurants! Room was a triple so big compared to others large good shower! Only downside was the aircon only being allowed to be reduced to 24°c so was always very warm!

The hotel is in great location, only 20 mins walk to Dumo, next to the train station and pretty much access to everything.
The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional.
The hotel is very clean as well as the rooms.
Rooms are relatively small and the bed isn't that comfy. Great breakfast that comes with the room. Unfortunately if you are a light sleeper like me, you can hear noise from the hallway, so I had to use my earplugs to have a disturb less night. Here are scores for each factor:
Location: 5/5
Cleanliness: 5/5
Friendly staff: 5/5
Room size: 4/5
Breakfast: 4.5/5
Bed comfort: 3/5
Noise level in the room: 3/5
Value for money: 4/5

Great experience overall! Very clean rooms, great service, chill vibes! Would recommend both for families or solo travelers! Food was particularly surprising, very tasty :)
Very friendly staff. Good breakfasts. 2 stops (underground) from the railway station. The only thing is that my room was a bit different than on pictures.

Excellent location. Near pretty much everything. 20 minutes walk to Dumo. Friendly and courteous staff. Nice and clean room/hotel. Our room was one of the bigger in size (as per the receptionist) but still small. Bathroom and shower very tight. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to a large size person due to a small shower (I am a medium size person and had trouble turning around in it). Late breakfast (till 10:30 AM) was a big plus for me. Would stay again.
PROS: Good and quiet location. The nearest metro station is a 10-minute walk.
I booked a double room and received a triple room.
Renovated bathroom and hot shower. Daily cleaning. The balcony was a plus, not all rooms have it.
Breakfast is varied. The best cappuccino. Very friendly staff.

CONS:It's not a good accommodation during the winter. Expensive for what it offers, but these are Milano prices. The heating is done with the air conditioner, it's annoying to sound all night. The windows are not airtight, the cold passes by. They have a garden but does not work in winter.
I turned on the TV once the signal was interrupted, and it could be seen that it was replaced with a smaller one.
Thin walls (any noise could be heard) and dirty walls require a new painting.
No slippers, just solid soap. No closet.

Washroom and Rooms are Small, Its old , not having much space in hotels, Lift is small too, 2 People with luggage can't go to gether.
Breakfast are good.
Its look expensive as they charge alot but the facilities provided are not very good.
Management are good, they're very helpfull.
Nice hotel in a quiet area. Big advantage is that is reasonably close to the city center and you can walk to the Plaza del Popolo through the park of the Vila Borghese, followed by the Magnolia street. It takes 25-30 minutes of enjoyable stroll. Bus stop is only 2 minutes from the hotel if you prefer not to walk. The hotel offers very small rooms. And when I say very small, I mean really really very small. Breakfast was only croissants and some sort of tarts, all sweet. Only neutral thing were boiled eggs, saltythingsare not servedforbreakfast, meaningno cheeseor ham or somethingsimilar. No orange or any other kind of juice, just plain or sparkling water. Only good thing was the coffee

One of the most hospitable hotels I've ever stayed in. The manager and the entire staff went above and beyond anything I've experienced before to ensure my comfort and well-being. The hotel is simple, clean and absolutely welcoming. Breakfast was delightful, as I heard another client asking the waitress if he could have a fruit juice and she asked very timidly if a fresh-squeezed orange juice would be "adequate". The chef was also very kind and attentive to clients' dietary restrictions or needs. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a *home* feeling in Rome.

Nice middle class hotel
Good:
+Price was great for all thr benefits offered. I think it was a special offer on the booking platform (82 euro/ night including breakfast)
+Rooms are clean
+ room stile is not super modern but cute
+air condition!!!
+Staff is friendly
+ location= central and directly at the beach
+chair and sunbed at beach included
+clean sand beach, clean water (maybe due to corona and the current absence of the mass tourism (?))
+parking included
+pool

Room for improvement:
-Literary no fruit or vegetables at breakfast. Due to the corona restrictions the buffet is limited. Still some fresh food in the morning would have been great. No plant based magarine- so easy and a lot of guests would like it ;)
- the cushions are hard
-very few sunbeds at the pool (Due to corona)

All in all I would definitely recommend the Manila Hotel for travellers who do not wamt to spend all too much but still look for a good and rather comfortable middle class hotel in Lido de Jesolo.

Hotel is lovely, absolutely spotless. Breakfast wasn't the best. We were moved to this hotel as the one we booked decided to close early. I got the impression that the staff weren't happy about having to take us in. Also .... when we booked our holiday we had paid the tourist tax but when we were checking out the receptionist was adamant that that was impossible and she made us pay it again. So please don't pay your tourist tax booking your holiday.

Great hotel, pleasant staff and excellent food.
Very clean throughout and nice pool area. Rooms are basic and storage limited, but side seaview to most, can,t comment on superior room.
Good location, right on the beach and central position in the resort.
