Cozy place , great for coffee and cake or pastry
The cafe atmosphere was good and had a nice hip feel, but the staff seemed to lack service training.
1. I tried to make eye contact several times to order, but no one looked at me for a long time, so I ended up getting up and going to order.
I hope you pay attention to the person in the corner too.
2. I asked to bring a receipt for payment and was ignored by the first employee. I requested an additional receipt from another employee and the payment was made.
3. When paying cash, a tip was taken without asking the customer's consent. Maybe that's why they didn't give me a receipt at the end.
In conclusion, I don't think I will ever visit again here. There are many friendly and pretty cafes elsewhere.

Place is nice and bright, unfortunately the service and food are exact opposite.. so sad I got served with a raw burger meat and not one servers or manager apologizing. I was just polite to give the plate n bring it to the chef to let him know the mistakes, and even that didn't get a thank you. Other food is not up to its high price and standard. Please train ur staff to be polite, huge disappointment
Lovely hang out spot around SCBD called @papilionscafe tucked inside @thepapilion at Pacific Place. Cozy and spacious seatings of indoors and semi-outdoors with aesthetic minimalist interior around the corners. This place serves various kinds of foods starting from breakfast, lunch, snacks to freshly baked pastries, and beverages from classic coffee, non-coffee and wines.

Totallly silly for restaurant that have higher price range compare to other restaurant at PP.
Better choose other restaurant unless you want to test your anger management.

I was here for another Clarins' event in 2018 as Clarins has their spa center in Pacific Place. And I was their former Digital Marketer, anyway.
As I remembered, I love their food and the ambience. While it's in the mall and it's like a concept store, but the ambience was soothing.
