They take their sweet time checking ppl in qnd even allowing 15 mins extra can still result in missing your medical appt and being unable to reschedule. They do not have enough ticket ppl to process the incoming volume
Checking my dad in for a two week stay I was told I wouldn't be charged to take his belongings upstairs, but upon returning to my car after checking in for 15 minutes I was charged $19. The workers seemed to disagree with one another and I was given bad information. Do not recommend parking or unloading here. Use the street.
What does it take to just say thank you when someone hands you a tip? Maybe train your attendants that the customary response to money is thanks.
Every encounter i’ve had with this garage has been absolutely terrible. Their staff are extremely rude and sexist. They’ve caused damage to our car almost every time i used their parking and everytime I had to deal with the male staff that work there I’ve gotten nothing but rude and careless. I would never recommend this garage.
I was there for my mother to have surgery on Monday and I must say the attendants were quick and polite. This place is VERY convenient and the cost is not that bad considering you are right next to the hospital and in Manhattan.
However after being the hospital for over 10 hours my car was returned with this new gash to the trunk! I mean that is deep! I was so tired (it was almost midnight) that I just couldn't get upset at the moment. The attendant explained they had nothing in the garage that could do that - but it there was no damage to the bumper at all so its not like my car was hit by another.
I woke up this morning and looked at it again and remembered how the paint had actually flecked off when I touched it at the garage. That meant it was really recent damage. I know it didn't come in like that and my mechanic said in some underground garages there are cements areas that hand over. There really isn't much he can do to repair either.
Its disappointing. Because they are very convenient. I wish they would have been more up front and honest.
