Wish there was a Tim Horton’s close to the gates F95, so we can take a piece of Canada back home with us

One of the best airports. Always accountable. I’m not saying it’s perfect but not bad.

Nice and organized airport, have never had a bad experience 15+ years of travel.

I come here way too often. Like way way too often. Been here 6 times just in the past 30 days. I’ve also been to more than enough countries to visit and for layovers to know that Pearson is honestly one of the worst. If it isn’t the wait lines then it’s the constant delays and the fact that 30 of my group’s suitcases were LEFT at the airport for literally no reason and not brought to our destination 12 hours away is not okay. I mean yes it was Air Canada or Pearson but it happened here sooooooo.
This is not it for me … Pearson has to learn from other airports.

Our flight AC 144 / 11 June landed at 1926 from Calgary but our luggage still not offloaded from aircraft and people waiting !!!
The worst airport management!!

Over 3 hour wait to go through U.S customs alone only 6-7 staff & hundreds of passengers...many who missed their flights! They should have a rough idea of how many people to anticipate! Hire more staff.

to fly to Sydney NS. It’s like being in a barn or literally a basement. Cold down here. Not even a TV! My goodness can you not treat people better than this.
