Had a great time at Air Riderz for our birthday party today! Sebastian was assigned for our party and he did a wonderful job!! We couldn't have had a better person to help us with our party. Sebastian was attentive to our needs and supporting all the people in our party, as well as being proactive in providing an overview of the day and letting us know of any additional costs. Sebastian's expertise, enthusiasm, and supportive demeanor made for a well organized and seamless day. Thanks for making my daughter's birthday party a success!!
My son's party was a blast with Larenzo—very organized staff and place. I recommend it for a birthday party! I love the party chick. It was an absolute great idea. They took care of every thing 👍🏻
I encountered an issue, and both the manager and staff demonstrated remarkable patience and professionalism. The venue is impeccably clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend it to all my friends.

Took the kids out to Air Riderz tonight. It’s open later than any other park in the area. We’ve been there years ago and we weren’t expecting how amazing it’s become. It’s so huge and there are so many activities. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding. From the team at the desk, the staff covering the obstacle course (the best part) to the supervising staff Aidan. Aidan, thanks for the great customer service and the whole team. You guys made it an even better experience!!!
This is an amazing trampoline park in Mississauga, usually kids would love to go to play there day or night. They love the glow experience and the team are friendly and love to help and protect the players. You have to try the great experience to jump with your kids and will love it for sure. Thanks air riders team for great escape during winter :)
Always take my kids to Air Riderz often and we gave never had any issues. The kids love it, it's always clean, the wait times to pay is never too long, never a safety concern, and staff are always frie dly and helpful.
