This is a quaint restaurant, with great service and fresh rolls. The edamame was not to my likely, but the roll was. Surprisingly, the chef sent out a complimentary dish, which highlighted the evening. That was a great gesture. The staff were all amazing!

This place is amazing. We have made this our new sushi place. In the last 2 months we have easily gone maybe 10 times. We have enjoyed everything we have tried, and there is still more ! It's not just sushi they have other great options. Our favorites are the mexican roll, gyozas, and spicy tuna. The prices are way more family-friendly and still decent size portions. We even brought the kids, and they enjoyed eating here. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They do dine in or even to go orders. It's more of a small family ran style place. They do not have chicken tenders/nuggets or fries, so check the online menu before bringing picky eaters. The service is quick. You are not left waiting forever. They bring out each item as it is done and not all at once. The dining area is a bit awkward with the bathrooms being in the middle of the restaurant, but other than that, it's a nice place to eat. It's also super clean, and the food is extremely fresh tasting. Even though it's sushi, it's not a fishy taste.
Sushi was pretty good! Price was decent. I had 2 different servers. Started with one, ended with another. My only complaint was we paid cash and the server helped herself to the change. Usually when dining we say “no change” or “keep the change” so we sat there waiting for our change. Never came back to offer a box or a receipt. After 10 or so mins we just left. Figured she needed the $16 more than we did. Service definitely not worth a $16 tip. Could have been a miscommunication. None the less didn’t sit well with us.
Good ramen, good rolls sushi, good takoyaki (squid ball). Tasty. Portion is ok, decent price. Staff is friendly. Clea. Ambient is ok.
Our 1st time here and it was delicious! The service was great and fast. I loved that the miso soup was nice and hot the sashimi was very good and the fresh Wasabi was fire!! The upon was very good and the teriyaki had plenty of chicken. I got the choose 3 rolls and was expecting maybe 2 or 3 pieces but got more and each were super delicious! We will definitely be back! Family owned and run makes it even better!
This place is great all the way around! Been coming here for a couple of years and they have great service, great tasting food, and the prices are good. My family really enjoys coming here.
I really enjoyed the food! authentic and fresh Sushi, it's a family place and clean, I definitely will come back. I recommend "The Boat" is very good for share with 2 or 3 people, my favorite Philly roll, fast service and the lady who gave us the table was very nice. The place was full, if you plan to came with family call them first.
