Biryani Palace Restaurant

I ordered the Schezwan Chicken Fried Rice through the Smile app yesterday, but it was the most disappointing fried rice I've ever had. The dish was packed with curry leaves, chili powder, and red coloring, completely lacking any Schezwan flavor. Instead, it tasted like plain chili powder and coloring mixed with rice. Extremely disappointing experience.

We had a lunch in the restaurant and ordered food was not cooked freshly. Obviously test of food was also below average. I will definitely not recommend this restaurant.

Biriyani taste has been worse nowadays especially hamour biriyani, no salt in food I asked person who served. He saying we cook like this only. Poor customer service. No quality and poor customer service.

I ordered mutton biryani n the pieces of mutton were undercooked i asked them to change n then they again brought more or less simiar plz avoid ordering their mutton biryani

Tasty hyderabadi chicken biryani special, quantity wise normally for 2 people.. charging 23 dhms..

Honestly I am saying don't buy biryani from here they serving only masala in the biryani and check the piece of chicken, these guys are cheating people by the name of Hyderabadi biryani, don't waste your money

I have ordered chicken tandoori biryani from biryani palace, at the time placing order guy on the other side told me it will be delivered in 20 mins as I live within 1.5 km from restaurant, but it was delivered after 1 hour, when I opened the box it was just biryani rice and chicken pieces without any masalah, so I called the restaurant the same guy on the side told me tandoori biryani doesn't come with masalah only dum biryani has the masalah so I countered him that last time when I ordered it was a proper biryani with masalah and tandoori chicken then he admitted that restaurant uses masalah from chicken dum biryani for chicken tandoori biryani but it has finished therefore they sent it without masalah and he told me to mention masalah next time when I order from the restaurant.

@Biryani palace : writing review for you just because you tried to change the definition of tandoori biryani and when I countered you instead of apologizing you have justified your action.
