One of the better Timezones in Manila. The layout is good, the place is big enough to accommodate the crowds, the machines are well-maintained, and you can actually win prizes from time to time. The only downside is that staff seem to few that it's hard to see any when you need help with one of the machines or something.

My recent visit to Timezone at Ayala Malls Manila Bay was incredibly disappointing. Despite the promise of fun and entertainment, my experience was marred by several issues that significantly detracted from the overall enjoyment.

Firstly, one of the most anticipated attractions, the Wangan Racing game, was rendered unusable due to the lack of wifi connectivity. This was extremely frustrating as it limited the variety of games available and left patrons with fewer options for entertainment.

Additionally, the condition of the arcade machines was subpar. Many of the games were out of order or malfunctioning, and the ones that did work were in poor condition. It was evident that the machines were not being properly maintained, which led to further disappointment among patrons.

Furthermore, the cleanliness of the arcade was lacking. The floors were dirty, and there was a noticeable lack of upkeep throughout the facility. It was clear that hygiene and cleanliness were not a priority for the staff, which made for an unpleasant environment.

Overall, my visit to Timezone at Ayala Malls Manila Bay was far from enjoyable. The lack of wifi connectivity, broken machines, and poor cleanliness made for a disappointing outing. I hope that management takes steps to address these issues promptly to improve the overall quality of the arcade. One star, unfortunately.

Worst branch ever. Other branches were so much better and convenient like Festival Mall. We only come here because it's closer but they took way too many verification to confirm we own the card to upgrade to Platinum. They didn't hand us our welcome gift either, we had to complain for them to give it to us. We would have never gotten it unless we asked for it, and what more they were only gonna give us a BAG?? Until we became persistent and gave us the ACTUAL WELCOME GIFT, which was just handed. No proper packaging, literally just handed. No offense, but your female staff is unprofessional. I understand showing hospitality but showing flirtatious acts on the job towards young American customers in the line and prioritizing them when in need was below the belt.

Lots of games were unavailable / under maintenance or required you to call a staff, or kept getting errors upon swiping the card, or dipensing the right amount of tickets. Such a hassle!
Aside from this, it's alright sice the area is quite big, there's even bowling and billiards, and accessible restrooms.
I hope they add more games - i was looking for a DDR but didn't find one...

This arcade is upgraded! With so many new and modern games to play that even adults would enjoy! Place is very spacious and floor plan is great. Lowest credit you can purchase is P200 which can go a long way for a young child.

Staff can be hard to find sometimes if you need assistance though but that is understandable.

We like going here since even adults like me and my father can play here. We love playing in the bowling alley since this place is the closest to us. The price now is 185 /game/person. The game is for 10 frames with 2 chances of Striking the pins. You could reload your card for 1000 and you get 400 free and you also get to have free spin for a chance to win of at most 200 card load. But the only downside is that it is shorter in lane size compared to the normal bowling alley.
The price is now 190 per person per game, as of May 2024.

Fun arcade with a little bit of everything. They still use the old ticket system for redeeming prizes, but it's not that much of a hassle to put it onto your game card. For $20 USD, I was able to play for about two hours worth of gaming, which is a pretty good deal compared to how much I'd have to spend back home!
