My niece and her friend went to ice skating. This is their first meet up after 2019 due to COVID 19. The place was jammed packed considering there is still COVID 19. The skating has 2 hour schedule interval but it was not clear how many can be accommodated per alloted sched. We paid for 2 polar bears, which costs 100 pesos each but the kids were only given 1 to share and were taken from them after an hour. They were told that many are still waiting to use the polar bears. The kids are skating for the first time, what are they suppose to do for another hour, without the polar bear? The kids were very disappointed and just decided to leave the place. I suggest the management should do improvements on their services.

Located at 3rd Floor Main Mall. Beside Pana Archery. Had fun time learning skating yet I always Fall down but it's quite an experience
