Feriti-va de acest magazin! Nu accepta retur, te obliga sa cumperi altceva din magazin. In 2024 nu credeam ca mai poate exista vreun magazin care nu accepta retur. Aroganta e maxima, spun ca au destui clienti.

Good day! Security guard of this shop is absolutely arrogant- making verbal warnings for kid which is trying to check toys with “try me” buttons or “squish”, for question “Why?” Answer was - Not allowed!
So I’m not advising to buy anything from such people. Toy Shop! Shop for kids first of all but …not for kids?!??? By their point of view…
Hope administration will see this. Such behaviour - it is only loosing of clients!

I urgently needed a gift for a birthday. The last product available was in their store. Because it was so last minute and I couldn’t pick it up myself, I called them for assistance. Not only they assisted me perfectly, but the gentleman who helped me was extremely polite, nice, patient and went above and beyond to make sure my order will arrive in time. My order was handed to the shipping vendor straight away, and arrived the very next morning in great condition. Not used to such great customer service locally, and it would be great if more businesses would follow their example. Thank you so mucu Hippoland! ❤️
